waxworms need to be kept in the fridge and don't need to be fed anything. The bedding their in is good enough. Superworms can be kept in oatmeal flakes, wheat bran bedding, oat bran bedding. Thick plastic is good for them container wise since they chew. I keep mine in a kritter keeper with 2 inches of bedding and give sweet potatoes for moisture. When the bedding looks like powder, it's time for a change. Definitely have good air flow to avoid mold and mildew buildup.

Keep in mind, waxworms are not good to be fed as a "staple" in their diet, they are more of a treat, like candy for Beardies, lol.

I keep my superworms in a tall, thick Rubbermaid container, with a couple inches of oatmeal mixed with ProGeckos gutload, and offer orange quarters, potato slices, and occasional greens (the same kind of greens I feed the dragons) for moisture. I don't have a lid on the container at all, as they cannot climb, and like Jessica said, good airflow is very important to avoid mold and yucky stuff.

Btw, do not put superworms in the fridge, they will die. Just keep them at room temperature.
