USPS regulations

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the regulations that are often being quoted on the BOI? I've looked at the usps.com site and I just can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I'd really like to have them in hand today when I call the man who sent me a snake USPS (I thought he was going to send FedEx) That is, after I get the snake which the post office NATURALLY lost! They say they have the box now, but won't let me come get it until 10 when they open, and I really want a copy of those regulations in my hand or on my PC when I call to yell at that man!
Thanks

Here

There's an index. Section 525 is non-mailable live animals.

"525.3 Reptiles
All snakes, turtles, and poisonous reptiles are nonmailable."

It can also be found in the Domestic Mail Manual, which is accessable through the USPS site. If memory serves me correctly, the sections is C022.
