Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

(1) Shipping is overnight with FedEx/ShipYourReptiles. For a quote, I'll need your zip code. To hold an order $300 or more for more than 3 days and not to exceed 30 days, a %25 non refundable deposit is required. Payment is made available through PayPal.
(2)Live Arrival Guarantee, or LAG, is only available under ideal temperatures in both locations (Above 50 and below 90 degrees) To ship colder is at the buyers risk.
(3)In case of a DOA, (under LAG) it is the buyers responsibility to contact us within 2 hours of delivery with any issues. Any DOA will be replaced if possible, or refunded...however shipping costs are non-refundable. Delivery must be taken on the first attempt. Heat packs/cold packs provided when needed at no extra cost as supplies last. We are not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling.
4) For crested geckos listed as a specific gender the gender will be clearly stated in the animals description- and pores or lack thereof are double-checked with a digital microscope for accuracy and photos of gecko from the microscope are available upon request for sexed geckos. I am not responsible for geckos losing their tail during shipping.
