I have a common columbian red-tail for sale. He was born in late '06. Only reason I am getting rid of him is I had a baby and don't have time for him. He is very pretty, light colored with some pinkish hughes. He is maybe 2 to 2 1/2 feet, eating frozen/thawed large mice or young rats. He is very calm, I've let many people handle him....although lately he has started to strike when I reach in to get him....then when I am holding him, he's fine. I attribute this only to the fact that I've had no time for him and only take him out to feed him....so when he sees me, he's expecting food. I'm sure this can easily be overcome with more handling.
