salmon in brown sugar glaze
Serves 4
4- 8 oz salmon fillets
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat broiler and lightly grease pan. Salt and pepper fillets to your taste. Whisk together the light brown sugar and mustard. Apply with a spoon on top of each fillet. Place pan 6 inches from flame and cook 10-15 minutes until fully cooked or flakes easily. I serve steamed veggies or broccoli with cheesy rice for the side. Takes no time at all to make and is yummy!!
