10" Theraphosa stirmi female
Title says it all - after 4 or 5 years with no spiders I want a massive lady in my office. A personal pet would be my preference, and rest assured she'll be well cared for by someone with decades of experience and a 30 gallon tank with deep substrate, kept properly humid and heated. If you're a commercial seller that's fine too, and I'll settle for 9" as long as she's very healthy.
Obviously I'm open to blondi or apophysis as well, and I'd take a much smaller female, but my budget is really saying stirmi at the moment.
