Mb reptiles BAD GUY

I ordered for 320$ in december and he hasnt send anything or answered any mail. he is a rotten thief dont order anything

I have done lots of business with Matt Bruner. And he has always been great.
It is hard for me to believe that you would have any trouble with MB Reptiles in Grants Pass Oregon, USA. He has done several thousands of dollars of business with me and he has always conducted himself in a very professional manner.

Perhaps you could share some emails or any other information about your transaction.
I have informed Matt Bruner of this thread.
He says that he does not even know who you are. Perhaps you have the wrong guy?

i have sent him at least 10mails to remind him my order is not forfilled or payed back and he doesnt respond, thats how you can tell he is a thief!!

Where are the emails of correspondence between you and Matt???
You need to include more information....I am not taking sides...just asking for information.

I contacted you to let you know that they way you wanted me to ship the roaches is ILLEGAL! I let you know that I would be happy to give you credit toward supplies or anything else that wasn't going to be illegal to ship to you through the post office or federal express. I will be happy to refund you, if that is what you would like. Please don't try to slander me because I am not willing to ship something that could potentially close down my business.

I thought there was something fishy about your post. lol.
Matt had a chance to review his web site correspondence history....and now we have the details.

Perhaps you should consider doing LEGAL business....no wonder you did not wish to post the details of your transaction.

Blindly sending a payment to someone, who has already informed you that they cannot (and will not) legitimately ship to you, is not a great way to conduct business.

Like I said. Matt is an HONEST guy.
Perhaps breaking the law is not what he considers to be honest...and neither do I.
Just something to consider.

While it may or may not be legal to import roaches into your country, it looks like there are restricitions in exporting them via USPS out of the US:

While I am glad to hear that you "fully obey the Danish import and Postal Rules"....

I find it very telling, that you would request another person to break the laws of their own Nation, in order to satisfy your desires.

You blindly sent payment...even after it was explained that the seller could not legally export the insects to you.

After you sent the payment, against the sellers wishes, you were offered credit toward the purchase of other LEGAL items. You declined to accept this offer...or even reply back to the seller in regard to his offer.

Instead, you bring your complaint here (without ANY supporting doccumentation)
and attempt to cast a shadow over the sellers good reputation.

Even so, the seller then still refunds your money!

This thread was suspect from the very beginning.

In synopsis....

I seriously doubt that the Danish Import Authority would look kindly on your asking someone to break their nation's export laws.

Perhaps this is a subject that you would be better to drop now.

Matt did the right thing by refusing to send the animals. The question still in the air is why did he wait until Peter posted in the BOI to do so. The fact that he offered credit is IMHO a non-issue as the buyer wanted roaches, not anything else Matt could offer. In short, I would probably charge Peter with a flagrant foul, and Matt with just a regular foul, but certainly not a "three pointer" (I would probably have to see the play again...you know, e-mails, etc. ). Even if Matt had returned the money right away (which from what we read thus far he didn't), it would have just been the right thing to do.

You even told me that I shouldn't ship them right away in the customer notes of your order because it was a bad time to bring them into your Denmark. I told you I would not ship them to Denmark Period!
