Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have one Helix Basic System available. It is a superior model to the DBS being capable of calibration to the tenth of a degree with a corresponding readout. It has minimum and maximum readouts as well and accommodates add-ons like a night drop and expanded watt handling, up to 1500 watts. Its being able to adjust and display to the tenth of a degree makes it an ideal choice for projects in which the greatest discrimination is needed. Here is an example of its preference to the DBS in play.

I do not know why it is not currently in production being that a little while ago this was the premium Helix product and the DBS was the kiddie buy for the reason stated above. I used it for chondro maintenance and breeding for two or three years and it has been sealed and stored since. It is in perfect condition. I am willing to sell this and one matching Helix digital thermometer with free shipping, continental of course, for $100.00. It retailed from Jeff at Helix here in California for about $150.00 with the meter costing $40.00. Anyone interested should inquire here.
