do not agree to buy a ball python from shadira if it is not listed for sale on her site or on fauna and then change your mind for a better deal. I agreed to buy a female albino from her for $400 shipped.i then found someone closer who agreed to sell me a 2010 male albino for $300 picked up. i told shadira i planned on getting a male and female so i was no longer interested.i was going to breed them with piebalds since the albino`s were siblings,that didnt work out so i put my wanted ad back up. she started stalking my threads and calling me a lier even after i explained to her my situation.i have now deleted two threads and she is still bad mouthing me and my threads. i would not even trust her to send the order if it is bought from her. she sells balls from what im guessing is a business but she acts like a child rather than professional. dont make deals you might change your mind on with her unless you need a stalker who verbally and publicly harrasses you. she doesnt even have the decency to do it in private messages

Where exactly is the bad deal? And where is your proof?

You are angry because I told people the truth, that you are nothing more than a liar who will run a seller around in circles just to back out on a deal?

My post on your ad earned me an infraction, but THIS is truly ridiculous.

Within a few minutes of your telling me you were purchasing a pair from the other seller, you were changing your ad to say that you were still looking for a female. I saw and compared the time stamps.

i would love pictures. all i can afford for the first payment is $50 or $60 first payment, im just not sure i can do it at a set schedule. all i can guarentee is that i can send it when i get it and then notify you. i hope you will take postal money order because thats all i can do. i dont have a visa card or paypal. what is her current weight?

That sounds a bit difficult, but I always try to work with people if I can. A lot of breeders wouldn't look twice at that kind of offer, but I realize not everyone has tons of disposable cash right now. Make sure you read the terms on my website, and understand fully what is expected of both of us. http://www.magickalmorphs.com/terms.html I will need a schedule on the payments that I'd expect you to stick to, and all payments would be nonrefundable. I'd prefer to keep this to less than 4 months in its entirety.

I haven't checked her weight lately, but I'd estimate her to be at least 250 grams. I'll check for sure tonight while I am cleaning.

i understand the terms, i have read them twice. would $60 every 2 weeks work. it would add to $480 and take only two months even. if i can send more in one one payment than in the other would that be acceptable. i will keep a log of the serial number,price, address and any other info so i know when i sent it and to who i sent it so i can keep track of my payments andd notify you

Hi Elizabeth,

Thought of a couple more things I wanted to add.

If you're going to be breeding the two together, try and get an unrelated pair. Brother to sister increases odds of birth defects and other issues. Also, the same age thing doesn't matter much. Your female is going to need a couple years longer than your male to mature to breeding size. Breeding age for females is about 3 years, for males it's about one year.

Just don't want to see anyone get taken.

If you're getting siblings from this lady, why did you just bump your fauna ad and edit it to say you were looking for a female and found a male?

You know, I don't mind whatever is going on when people are honest with me, and I don't feel like you have been. Are you just collecting pictures of animals from as many sellers as will send them, or are you just ditching sellers as others offer a better deal? Do you realize that very, very few sellers are going to give you 4 months to pay off a $400 animal and my doing so was really going out of my way to help you get something you wanted that wasn't even for sale in the first place? Any way, welcome to my blacklist. Good luck finding a breeder that will take you seriously.

if i can do $60 every two weeks it will take 16 weeks to pay it all off. if i am able to send more in one postal money order than a previous payment i will so it will shorten the time a little. does that sound reasonable.

That sounds reasonable, Elizabeth. As long as you can stick to that, no problem on this end. I accept those terms if you would like to proceed. I have a couple threads on Fauna's board of inquiry if you'd like to double check my reputation. I also have some trader rating you can look at as well. I want my customers to feel secure, and make things as smooth as possible for everyone.

I just cleaned her tub and weighed her, she's 291 grams and almost empty. Eats frozen thawed or prekilled, mice/rats/soft furs. I offer a variety of prey items so that no one gets imprinted on any one thing.

You've got a lot to learn, child. My reputation speaks for itself, as do the animals and the way in which I treat my legitimate customers. If anything, this thread is only showing people why they shouldn't be doing business with you.

I think buyers back out of deals all the time, and it doesnt warrant any further posts on their ads.

all i wanted was for her to quit bad talking me on my ads. i deleted 2 ads to start them over. she made me seem like a horrible person because this was the first time i backed out of a deal for a better offer. i even notified her of my actions. does that deserve to be talked bad about on my wanted ads. two other people i have purchesed from were very happy and it went smooth for all three of us

Elizabeth, my problem isn't that you backed out. For anyone who thinks that, go back and read the emails. I was nothing but accommodating to this person. My problem is that you LIED about the reasoning, and then went bumping your ad looking for another female albino.

People say all the time that they want to warn people about scammers and possibly misleading ads, how is my posting on those ads different? It's not.

I didn't see that the issue was worthy of a BOI thread, therefore I didn't start one. Pity not everyone can be as mature.

What a worthless thread. Was Shadera wrong in posting in your thread... sure. But, two wrongs dont make it right. Shadera was very considerate in her responses to you. She didnt even get upset until you posted, or bumped, your thread stating that you STILL wanted an albino.

Frankly, I am amazed that she even wanted to deal with your payment schedule, down payment, et al... Next time, be upfront with sellers. Just because they dont list it for sale doesnt mean that they dont have one available.

Shadera, live and learn. Feel bad you got an infraction but, in this case, it may have been called for. The OP seems like they have the possibility of being a deadbeat buyer anyhow and I know you were just trying to warn everyone about that possibility but, you know we are not supposed to detract from their thread. Sometimes, being the good seller or good buyer works against us but all in all, buyers always have the right to change their mind IMHO.

If they want to take chances somewhere else, more power to them. You know what you have and if they dont want your quality, buyer beware

This may have been the "first" time you backed out of a deal however, youve been a member here all of a month with a total of 21 posts. With the rate of posts per backout and membership life, Id say you are not off to a very good start. By the time you are at 2 yrs with 1000 posts, you might be backing out of 50 deals.
