"Strongly Disliked"
My full name is Rachelle Wolfson in case it isn't listed (but I think it is).
I've been to reptile addictions in spokane valley VERY OFTEN. I kept checking in to see if they had any normal female ball pythons, with the intent of buying one (I'd be happy to buy from an online web site, but wanted to avoid shipping as it is expensive). I had told her this numerous times.
So I stopped in today to Reptile Addictions, and apparently now Wendy is charging a $5 fee PER PERSON to get into the store and look around.
That's absolutely fantastic (dripping sarcasm) since they don't list their store inventory online, and they never, EVER answer the phone. (They have a voicemail it automatically sends the call to.)
So, basically, I'd have to pay $5 to go in, look around, find out they DON'T have any female ball pythons (they have a crummy selection anyway), and leave. Plus I MYSELF would pay for the gas to go out there.
I really think Wendy should either begin answering the phone to give people inventory updates, or begin listing their inventory on their website.
(But she'd probably start charging money for the phone calls or website, too.
)
Honestly, I think the 5 dollar charge is pretty greedy and money hungry, and the fact that they don't offer any way for you to find out what types of animals or products they have for sale inside only seems to confirm this notion.
All in all: Don't visit Reptile Addictions, and DON'T pay the $5 fee. It's very likely they won't have what you're looking to buy.

That makes her a poor judge of good business practices, but not necessarily a "bad guy."
