    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I need to know my legal avenues to have someone arrested for Non payment for goods, and bounced checks totaling 9350.00 out of state. Please do not send me your opinions, I really need Legal advice. I tried a lawyer in NJ, but he dissapeared with my money. Any help in NJ would be appreciated.
I will be out of town for today, but will check posts tomorrow,

Im sorry... thats just bad luck... you let someone write 9 grand in bad checks.. then... your lawyer skips town with your money. Call a lawyer with free consultations!
 
If they were sent through the mail or you sent the goods through the mail, contact the US Postal Inspectors. You can also call and file a report with the local Police Department where the person lives.
 
If the animals were advertised on the net you can file a fraud complaint with the IFCC/FBI there is a link on the Kingsnake classifieds rip off page.
