    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I purchased an adult tokay from Kita after a bad experience with another seller. She absolutely made the entire transaction from start to finish and beyound wonderful. Her communication is fantastic, she sent me updates all through the hot summer when we couldn't ship with pictures and stories. The day she shipped, she sent me a video showing me how the tokay reacts to certain things with tips on handling her and care and when I told her I was deaf, she transcribed the video for me so I could understand it, which made my day. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The gecko arrived perfectly packaged and extremely healthy and very easy to handle, which is a huge plus with a tokay. She gave me feeding tips and more tips on reading the geckos behaviour, which has made it SO nice for me because Im not guessing at anything and the gecko is already comfortable and settled in thanks to those tips on what she was used to already.

Very highly recommended!!
