Welcome aboard.
As you probably already know, Rakell is a member as well. So we should
be
able to have a very good resource center. One of the thing's I have
planned
is a new layout. So I am working hard on it. I actually had a light
modification to the one I was using which was planned for deployment.
But
recently I came up with a much more stylish one, so I'm working on
getting
everything changed over. So once I get that all squared away I'll get
you in
the system and set up permissions.
As far as sales goes. Your already aware that GN is purely
informational.
One thing I am working on is tying in a few products through associate
program's. I've tried these in the past with no luck. But, GN does
bring a
steady flow of visitors that does have a basic market area. I'm hoping
to
pull in enough to be able to upgrade my bandwidth as I am eating it up
and
expect a heavier draw with the new features. Currently everything is
out of
pocket. But it's something I enjoy doing. I am looking for ways to
promote
banner advertising space as well. But it's unlikely I will get very
much if
anything.
But it seems your asking more less as far as for selling our stock
goes.
Well I plan on having a separate site for my selling of animals. One of
my
objectives is to keep GN and my breeding site separate. I want to try
to
keep GN as non biased as possible. I feel it is important to do this so
people can trust in info here and it isn't influenced by my breeding
projects. But I do plan on using the services I will be offering to the
public, such as classifieds section and the forums classifieds section.
I'll
obviously have a link in the appropriate sections and be in the banner
program.
Now I believe your breeding as well on the small scale. So you are also
welcomed to use what's offered to the general public as for those
services.
I still have a lot to think about with this, but I will keep you
posted. And
do contact me if you are ready to sell animals.
Well since you have the latest version of FP and the adobe programs
your all
set. This will work nicely. You will be given access to many sections
of the
site to update and add content to. So you will be able to really be a
major
help here. And I'm glad you used notepad to hand code. This means you
do
have an understanding of how a webpage works. Obviously Front Page will
simplify things dramatically. That's what I use.
Me and Rakell communicate through Yahoo Messenger. This has worked vary
well. Some time's just text other time's voice. My user name is
DaFly_23. Go
ahead and add me, then once you do I'll add you to mine. But please
don't
give it out. Else I will have to change it. People will be asking me
questions all day long, lol.
I'll fill you inn on the website once I get that all squared away.
