This is an email that I sent on (8-26-2011)You owe me money or snakes. I will have to post negative things on this website about you very soon, if you don't come through. I hate to have to resort to this type of negativity, but you've ignored me for too long now. People can't be allowed to get away with ripping people off. You should try to acknowledge this within the next 24 hours.
His reply: I think you have the wrong person pal. I have never heard of you or done a transaction with you.
He remembered and replied this: I remember who you are now. I couldn't think of a Tim Miller. So what do you want to do. Money or snakes? Might be cheaper to send money. I am trying to put some money together the reason I am selling some snakes. The 2 snakes that made it are doing ok. I wish the other two didnt die.
(There's no proof that any snakes died and foolishly I sent an additional snake.)
Here's another of his emails: I am sorry i don't have proof. I might still have them in the freezer, if you would like me to send them back. The snakes I sent you I probed. I have been into these for a very long time. You knew the snakes were WC, you said the one snake didn't eat or died or something so I picked you up another one. I will pay you the $150 but I do not have it, the reason I am selling of snakes. I haven't forgot about you. I will get you the money and send you some stuff to make up for it if you like. I do feel badly. I was hoping to get another snake from you to pair up the one that didn't make it. I would really like a pair, and willing to pay your asking price as soon as I put some funds together. If you are willing to. I have had some rough times in the last several months, hospitalized for 6 weeks, time off from work unpaid. It has been a horrible year. I have never ripped anyone off in the past. I have good fauna feedback and want to keep it that way. Once again I am very sorry. After I pay you. i will happily send you some bonus stuff to make up for the delay if you like, and hopefully you will consider parting with another lubricus and pay you first of course.
One I sent: It would be best to send me money. I've sent you around $600 - $700 worth of snakes. You claim two died but never sent proof of it. In fact, you never told me that an additional snake died besides that one supposed lubricus. I've received 4 WC snakes 2 of which appearear to be the same sex. The one still only eats lizards. I really can't remember a number that I had decided on, but I think $150 is fair enough to cover that balance.
Another one of his emails: I will be honest. i won't be able to pay within 10 days unless I sell something. The best I could probably do is $75 in two weeks and $75 the next payday. I won't lie, I am strapped badly for cash. If something sells before then I will happily send asap from any sales I make. I would like to add another lub lub, but can not do so until I have some funds. What else would you like from here as a gift for the hassle.
Another of his: September 16th is my payday. i have a payday on the 2nd but it's going to be 3 days short, and I have to pay house payment and electric which is late. But $75 paypal on the 16th and Sept 30th you will be paid off fully. I will get you some females. I have one now that just dropped 5 babies. I do have a female sonoran that I collected for you some months ago, she dropped eggs. she must have been gravid when I picked her up. I can get you a female speck. Blues are easiest for me, but its so hot out it wont be until the monsoons hit and starts raining which should be anytime. I owe you some cool stuff for the hassle and have no problem picking it up for you. I am very sorry. green rats are tougher. I gave mine away but a buddy has a couple baby males.
Another of his: I am sorry but that is the best I can do, but I 100% promise to those dates. If I sell something sooner. I will pay you sooner without question. How many sonoran females do you want? just adults or do you want to grow some up also?
One of mine: I was wondering if you have sent out that money order yet. Unfortunately the snake you sent that was actually eating rodents died for some reason. We had a cold snap, so I don't know if it got too cold or what. I'm letting you know because if you are going to send out others, I would need a new pair. My other one's fine but only eating lizards. I might sell it because of the inconvenience of it's diet.
Another of his: Hi. I tried to log into paypal and make a payment to my electric company and it said I need to update my account. I haven't had time to look into it yet, but I can send you a money order. Shoot me your adress etc. I will send tomorrow
I have not received anything that he has promised. I contacted him on 8-26-11 after receiving no contact from him either. The last I'd heard from him was in April or May. Unfortunately these emails were on an email account that I don't have.
I hate to seem like I'm being unreasonable if someone is experiencing a difficult time but I don't even know if any of that is true. He's made no attempt to fix this.
