    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Just got my first order of frozen rats from there guys. I was very pleased with their customer service. I spoke to Andy on the phone and he was great. Their packing was probably the best I have ever seen. I will now be getting all my rodents from Layne Labs. Thanks guys.
 
I recently started using only Layne Labs after my main source let me down and couldn't make it right. The mice are always packed good and they have a nice variety of sizes available.
 
Layne Labs has high quality with great customer service. They go out of their way to help you out. Really good people that have my business.......period!
 
I (along with the rest of North America it seems) am in desperate need of finding a new supplier of frozen rodents. I have called Layne labs 4 times. I have never gotten a human response during standard business hours. I did leave messages twice before and I know at least once the fellow returned my call, but I was out of the home (he called about 8:00 pm PST).

I believe these people are in California and I am in BC Canada, but can anyone tell me, is it always this hard to contact them or are they just VERY busy due to the rodent shortage?

Thanks to anyone who responds, I sure hope it works out with these guys since it seems most of the other good rodent companies are just too far east to want to "risk" shipping to the very tip of Northwest Washington..

They are probably very busy.I've used them twice now and it's like everyone else is saying. Their product and packaging is top notch.Just put your order in on line and you should be fine.It's also should be mentioned that their shipping prices are honest. They shipped to my partner in PA.and it was only $60 when Other Companies qoutes were over $100
