Inquiry Brian Cross TMAN55

On Wed 10/2 I shipped $900 worth of dubia roaches to Brian Cross, in return he was supposed to send a blue deuce neo GTP. As of today I am finding it hard to get a reply and have had countless replies before that saying that he couldnt ship the snake just yet then a text from his phone last night saying he was in the hospital from his sister. With all of this said he was logged in to fauna at 12:06 AM on 10/16. Has anyone else had dealings with him because this is getting quite shady to say the least at this point.

Any help would be appreciated as he has now been ignoring all my calls and texts, along with no reply on fauna for days.

He just inquired about my gecko and he told me to ship first but there is no way thats happening.

This is Brian. This all started when I had to go in the hospital. (I had an emergency and was in the hospital for almost two weeks). Which I told him I was very sorry and would ship as soon as I got out. Yes, I did not have my phone with me or a computer so when my sister came to visit I had her go get my phone and text him an update (not that I could get on either the phone or computer myself even if I had wanted to). Which I have proof of all this and being in the hospital. I also had three other people waiting on snakes to be shipped to them as well. But he was the only one giving me problems. Which I understand but I could not do until I left even if I wanted to. I came home and text him right away (after seing all kinds of text about being on fauna( which my cell is always signed in but I did not have with me) and lying about being in the hospital and that Im a liar.) When I text him I said I will send out within next two days. (I couldnt get out of bed barely to go to the bathroom and hadnt eaten in over three weeks). When I could a few days later I shipped ALL FOUR snakes out. (which I have proof of as well). I recieved a few texts from him a day but after the package was delivered( UPS next day air with tracking numbers that confirmed it was delivered) I did not hear from him. Two or three days later I get a text saying when are you shipping the snake. I understand it took me a little more than two weeks due to my emergency but by this time I was finished with this situation. He did what he was suppose to, (mind you almost half were dead due to not being overnighted and shipped threw the mail but did not mine cause it was still plenty for what I needed so let that go) did what I was suppose to ( yes besides the delay) and just was tired of the sitaution with him being upset (which I understood) so stopped responding. I can also get the other three people I shipped to, to verify they recieved theyre packages. I deleted my post cause I thought I broke a fauna rule with my thread and come to find out its this reaccuring problem. I apologized for the delay due to my stay at the hospital but this matter has been settled and feel as he feels he deserves a little extra due to my two week delay( it was my fault yes but I could not help a health issue from happening) and I cannot give another hundreds of dollar snake just cause that happened. And I believe I asked if you had references first did I not on the gecko? Not sure why you have atleast three different fauna user names either.. Please let me know if there is anything else Harald. So then what happened to the snake? Is it just lying dead now in the shipping box?

What happened to the snake. If you are in this for the love of snakes and the hobby and not in it just to make a dollar, I think I would have tried to figure out what happened to the box with the snake in it. I just shipped out 3 boxes of reptiles. I was stressed out all night and the next morning till I got confirmation my reptiles had made it to their new home.

Of course I worry about my reptiles but I recieved confirmation of delivery and also stop recieving calls and text messages which I was getting a lot of daily. And after all the negative texts I recieved after coming home I was well over speaking with him. As Im sure anyone would be at that point.

Heres the rundown. I have a Female Coral Bearded Dragon up for sale and he contacted me trying to get me to send her COD. Who does this? NOONE that I know of. I went into my PM's to resend out some messages trying to get my girl and my male sold. I seen the name and Whala, I put the 2 and 2 together.

Looks like you are definitely trying to scam now Brian. Please tell me who sends reptiles COD these days. We can't do this because of you noone can trust anyone.

I am sorry. I cannot do COD. I will accept paypal but I have to have money before I ship. This is the way I have always done it and this is the way I have always bought. I can promise you she is exactly what the picture says. I can send whatever type of pictures you need in advance.

Honestly, Id Love to have her. Remember we spoke before, I had the $550 but you hadnt lowered it yet so I baught another girl and got ripped off badly. The guy sent me a normal scale, completly normal dragon after sending me multiple pics of another dragon. I know it has nothing to do with you but I just cannot afford to have that happen again. Which Im sure your a stand up guy as I am as well but after losing out and having that happen, I just cant afford to pay for another dragon and not get what I expected. Im just getting into dragons and have never had that happen before. But like I said I can pay for her the second I recieve her via paypal as long as its the dragon Im suppose to get or we could possibly meet in person and I can see her that way and just pay cash depending where your located. Id be excited as hell to get her but after that experience if i dont know the person Im going to want to see the dragon in person before purchasing. Ive never done it this way before but theyre the only two ways Id feel ok with it. Im located in Maryland too so if its not too far we can just meet in person if it is, I totally understand not doing cod. Mostly only big big breeders do that anyway. But either one of those Ill take her, other than that Im sure she will sell quick, shes an awesome girl. I appreciate everything one way or the other. I will ttys.

Yes, this is true I will not pay before recieving if Ive never done business with, have a low thread count, or do not know. I know many people on here and see all the time that are the exact same way. My reasoning is due to having dobe so and being taken for over $800 and that was my first purchase on Fauna. I did not know this was a bad thing but thought it was very common. Expecially seing plenty of users have the same opinion. But since it seems nessecary, Im going to get people Ive done cod and who have purchased from me for theyre opinions of how I do business. I will defend myself, everyone has theyre opinions and Im fine with that. But I know he recieved, know Ive sent everything I was obligated to, paid for everything I was obligated to in all my dealings with fauna (even my bad experiences). So I will show you. I didnt read this until now but this whole message is not what I wrote, I remember you and remember offering a little less than your asking price and you denied me. So I baught another female which I have now and after you said you had someone interested but I asked first I said I got another go ahead. ( This in text messaging) than again saying youll take my offer, And even again with another lowered price. But we did not do business. Refer to my last thread.

So you are telling me that this is not my private messages. If this is what you are saying as soon as I get home to my computer I will take a screen snapshot and post it on here.

You have proof? Lets see it, post up the tracking number for Branden's snake. Also, you used UPS to ship out 4 snakes? Are you aware that UPS doesn't allow snake shipping?

I traded him $900 in roaches for a blue neo GTP which I never recieved I will post PMs how do I do so.

He confirmed that he had recieved all of my roaches via texts and then abruptly stopped replying saying he was in the hospital and bed ridden. What is the easiest way to post these texts here. Fortunately my Uncle works for the Baltimore PD so I should be able to check if his current address is legit.

With Brian claiming he shipped the gtp, and Branden claiming he never received it, it seems that the tracking info AND the receipt signature are going to be necessary. Please post them.

He said he shipped 4 snakes in that other post in this thread that was not in regards to me.
