I've just recently completed an order with Reptiles By Mack, and it couldn't have gone better.
I live out in Florida so temperatures are something to be concerned about especially as of late, so we had organized that I would pick the gecko's up at the fedex dropoff, rather than risk having them run their route, and deliver after 10:30am.
The wonderful lady I spoke with at ReptilesbyMack was Sandi Thomason. She couldn't have been more polite, helpful, and quick with her replies.
She shows a genuine interest and care in both the reptiles they were selling, and me as a customer. Despite being a first time buyer through them.
I received a juvenile female Hypomelanistic High Yellow Designer, and a Juvenile female Mack Super Snow. Both animals are stunning, and in top notch condition. Package was well packed, and temperatures regulated correctly for where I live.
Would definitely recommend, and will use them again for any future business.
