I, sadly, think it is time I part with my Candoia carinata carinata. I am located in Boston and really don't want to ship. These are longish term, presumably wild caught animals, that I've had from 18 months to about 4 years. They come from Jerry C, Ben Siegel, and Ray Pittzer. I just don't have the skill or facilities to attempt breeding, and I think they should go to someone that might have some luck with that. Four of the five feed fine on rodents (I generally use live pinkies/fuzzies), the one image (small striped one) only has fed on lizards/frogs, but I've not tried hard to switch... this one is also the sluggish one of the group, it always was, except when an anole was introduced. The two bigger striped animals are robust and presumably female, I believe the smaller (in girth) animals are male, but I'll be damned if I can see spurs. I just don't. Still, these were sold to me a 2 females and 3 males. No guarantees on that.
I can meet at a reasonable mid point. I would like $350 for the group, which is less than I paid. I can try to take more (cell phone) pics if you'd like. No splitting the group.
I hate to let these go. I love this genus, I just love it, it is just beyond my beginner status.
(I can only post pics of four. The fifth is a pale cream with herringbone type hatches... for lack of a better term)
