Thank you all for your kind replies. I have indeed had trouble accessing my email account the last few days.
The order by Adam was absolutely not placed a month ago. Adam first tried sending me money via paypal 11/24. However shortly afterwards I got an email from him saying that paypal had rejected his credit card. He then asked me to run his credit card (I suppose not understanding that I do not process credit cards, paypal acts as an intermediary) and emailed me a credit card that was not in his name.
At this point I hesitated, I questioned Adam regarding the owner of the card and I also emailed paypal to make sure I would not have funds removed from my account. I also took this opportunity to verify with Adam the options on the cages he ordered, as we had not spoken prior to his sending money (he ordered through my website, which is not updated as frequently as I would like).
On 12/5 I considered the transaction to have completed from a monetary standpoint. I was satisfied that the payment was good and I had confirmed with Adam the exact products he desired. At this point I forwarded along the order to be processed.
On 12/6 I recieved an email asking if the cages had shipped yet. I replied that the cages needed to be built and explained the average lead time (3-4 weeks) and told him I would contact him when they were shipping with all relevent information.
We are now 12 days into the order, as far as I am concerned.
I have just now checked my email, I had not been able to check it since monday, 12/13.
I apparently recieved this email on 12/15
Hello i ordered 2 animal plastics cages from you a few weeks ago and i know you said they are being built but how long could it possibly take. im am getting very fustraded with this i paid for them if they are not to be shipped right away then it is your duty to keep me updated. So if i dont hear back from you with in 2 days I will be canceling the order. and i will go some where else and my money will be refunded. it is in your best interest to make sure that i am satisfied. thank you

Well i have givin you the oppertunity to make things right by this but you have not taken it. So inturn I must ask for my money to be refunded if not legal action will deffanlty be taken i will not be screwed over by the likes of a company such as yours. You have proven to me that you have no sence of responcablty in keeping a good name for your campany. Word will be spread of how you conduct business and i will get my money back, regardless. so have fun with your new ventures of being a complete jackoff. Happy holidays.

I apologize to you, Adam, for not contacting you in the past 12 days, but as I explained to you the lead time was 3-4 weeks. I did not anticipate a need to contact you prior to your cages shipping or for some reason my recieving word that there would be a delay in shipping past the expected timeframe.
I also apologize for not having checked my email as frequently as you would have liked, but as I stated the reason was for circumstances outside my control.
All I can do right now is assure you that you will recieve the product you ordered and I am confident you will be completely satisfied. But as stated, there is a lead time involved with ordering these cages.
If there is anything at all I can do to be of assistance, please let me know.
