Public apology from Adam Quagliata

Hello everyone,

This is Adam Quagliata

And all I want to say is sorry for cuasing all these things,

I have taken everybodies advice through all of this And I know Ive said it before. But this time I have actully learned my leason.

I will from now on in, try my best to deal with people in a better manner then I have been doing.

Again I am very sorry for all of this I just hope everyone can forgive me.

I do really want to be better at all of this, not just saying it.

You have said many terrible things and I used all the forbearance I had in me and asked that you just go away and lie low for a few months until everything calmed down. You chose not to take my advice.

I for one to not put much credence in your apology. I would NEVER purchase ANYTHING from you, knowing that my money might support the skinhead lifestyle which horrifies me.

Words are powerful. I am going to school now to enter a profession where words can changes lives, families, nations. Your words have generally been racist and mean spirited. When someone laughs after I am threatened, that is scary. Apologies for that are simply not sufficient.

I completly understand your points.

But that post was not me I can assure you of that I was not the one that said f everybody and the moderator on that forum can prove it he said him self that that message did not come from my computer.

And Im sorry for laughing but I was angry. and the only way i knew how to deal with it was to laugh at everybody.

i have read the threads with your problems as of late, and i have to say, im pleased you have decided to apologize.
however,
i think its important to recognize the damage that your lifestyle, your temper, and your bad business practices have on the reptile community as a whole. (not to mention making young herpers such as yourself appear even more unreliable)

we all say things we dont mean when we are frustrated, those things dont bother me as much as the fact that you are a proud skin head. your beliefs are the reason that we have so many problems between individuals in this country and throughout the world. my sincerest desire for you in all this is to reevaluate your behavior, but also your beliefs. No one wants to buy pets from someone who openly despises races different than his own.

i wish you the very best today, and especially in the future as you work in improving your rep.

Gosh, for a minute there I sort of felt left out, no personal appology or anything and THEN I realized that this wasn't good ol' petey from beyond the web. They've both lied sooooooo much I didn't realize who was writing.

Now adam, what have YOU done about your situation with pete and the sidewinder you got from him? Does law enforcement on your end know, from you not anyone else, that you broke some laws? If not, why whatever happened to making things right? Do you think your reputation will improve and folks will like you better for trying to ignore the fact that you broke some serious laws?

I don't know Az. laws. Is it legal to keep crotalids in Az.? Are there city or county regulations that prohibit your keeping that snake if you still have it? Do you have other hots you are not supposed to.

When you came here to brashly inquire about me, only to then beg me to keep doing business with you, and then you put in a claim through paypal to get your money back because you couldn't stand doing business with someone that didn't approve of your lifestyle (but note I was fully willing to give you a chance from a business standpoint, something you publically were pleading for- I won't ever make that decision again)

Can I just take a quick second to throw this out there:

The "skinhead" lifestyle was around a while before Aryan Nation and White Supremacist wannabes started using it as a political platform. There is nothing wrong at all with the skin lifestyle in its original intent, and there's actually quite a storied history as to how it came to be... makes for interesting reading on a rainy day. However, there are non-racist skins just as there are non-racist other people, although it hardly does any good anymore telling people that skins aren't necessarily racist... the stereotype is pretty well established unfortunately. This guy is obviously coming from the Aryan side of things, but just wanted to throw that out there...

Make wise choices and you gain respect of those around you, business or otherwise.

It does seem that when I was a kid going to surf Huntington Peir that their was always skinheads and punks (mohawks and all that stuff back in the day) hanging under neath. They seemed to be more just "hardcore punks", not really racially motivated. Maybe I was just too young to understand, but as I got older everyone knew what ideals were behind being a skinhead, but was probably not how it originated. I've also spent hours talking to a girl skinhead, who was a friend of mine (was really cute), thinking I could get her to stop hating and realize people are people. Not going to happen. I personally find it pretty ignorant way of thinking for people who dont have much else to think about. But I also see people flaunting religion all the time and feel perfectly justified. Am I wrong, but don't Christians believe that anyone with a differing belief or God will burn in Hell, tortured and anguished for ETERNITY? Haven't their been wars, inquisitions, witch hangings, and homosexual bashing (even to this very day) all based on the intolerance of religion, or maybe religous people? Are any of you Catholic? Do you feel that contributions to the Catholic Church are indirectly supporting pedophilia? Money taken to relocate, legal defense, and to just pay off some families that have had their children molested by "God-fearing" men. I see Intolerance in any form as bad as another. Some is color motivated and some is belief motivated. It is all intolerance. Just something I wanted to get off my chest ever since I have been reading these threads. "Cant we all just get along"?

Seeing this is a pretty broad apology, I'm wonderding what exactly are you sorry about:
Are you sorry you committed a federal, state and possibly local offense?
Are you sorry you got caught at commiting this offense?
Are you sorry for offending people with your words?
Or are you sorry for being a nazi skinhead that hates groups of people unlike yourself?
Since you are not specific, and just last week before you were banned, you announced you were proud of your hating beliefs, I think your apology is for getting caught in the act of breaking the law.
For that I'm sure you are very sorry!

I wish you good luck Adam, but I could never do business with you because of your nazi skinhead beliefs.

Clean slate...

I have a gripe about Adam returning under a different name. He had negative Rep Power under 88reptiles yet changes his name and now has clean slate. I don't think that is fair. He received his negative rating and it should not be removed since he changed names.

I won't even get into what I think about the person who gave him positive points since his return.

What has happen in one day for you to change your tune? Lucille gave you and everyone great advice on the other board and everyone stopped posting.

Let’s keep Adam in perspective. Adam has apologized at least twice now on this board only to retract his apologies. One day ago he was on another board lieing still about never saying anything racist. Then claiming it was only a joke.

So, I guess Adam woke-up at two or three o’clock in the morning and decided to change and post under a new screen name. I do not think so. He found out he could not do any business on-line anymore so he changed his screen name on reptile forum and now he is selling his entire collection because he can’t pay his bills.

The people that said they are glad he apologize, Just Wait for the retraction.


Lucille the reason why Adam cannot leave it alone is because he has sick animals and need money.
That is why we have yet another apology.
