Looks like a high school kid. Scammers starting young these days I guess.

They are typically students, sometimes here on student visas, who collect and funnel to people higher up on the chain. Some export legally and some do not (aka smuggling). One can often tell by what is being requested if familiar with restrictions on the species.

Are all of his accounts banned or does he still have an acrive one here? I'd love to hear his explanation.
