#1 I have a friend near by where iat who has one but hes not saleing him so I have the info on careing for them and more.
#2 I have two acers of yeard that me and my friend we will be posting a finces and barrying the bottom of the fince in cement.
#3 This guy will have a nice size hut and heat lights to.
#4 And for fool whats cool I know some produce shops and sela me some good greens that he will need.
#5 If I ever need a vet Im full of connections.

I have no interest in releasing the animal for breeding purposes, the last thing the United States needs is more baby Sulcatas to be malnourished and uncared for. I rescue enough of them to realize we don't need more. Sorry.

You dont know a thing. If you open your eyes up and look on my emails I send you. I have a educational progran here. And for the breeding thing who in the hell or where did I say I was going to breed Sulcatas here. And i have a full Licsense for have some typs of reptiles from the program I have. Do you? Do you have your reptile vet care. I do. but hell you have start a good name for your sales. And I have two zoos and A,S.P.C.A. and A.M.S. So Pls dont go by calling me a breeder. As i can see your out for the money and look in the email I sended you I ask maybe I will by to off of you and that was not for a male and a female Sulcata I have 3 tryp some i know you dont have and not one is breeded from me. But one of my tortoises was breeded by the P.A.zoo for a program. And i have them to back me up so think befor talking and have fun makeing money off of your tortoises to me your a breeder like tham all out for the money but one of may have a good life and ben in a educational program that is a nonprf

I have no problem having it posted that I wont sell my animals to anyone I feel lacks the physical or mental means to care for them. I was being polite and said no based on the first email where he mentioned "get some of them" a couple times instead of being blunt and just explaining that I felt he seemed too dense to care for my animal properly. That's it in its entirety, you may want to size the guy up yourself if he contacts you and save yourself a potential headache.

LOl I wouldnt even give this situation another thought William your doing what you feel is right if it was me I'd Run as fast as I can

You are well within your rights to refuse a sale to him, and for what it is worth, I totally agree with your decision.

WE see you are salling more things.What cant pay to post more ads up? Than one. Oh no I dont what to tell you how some of us feel.If you will like to see something git off of you ass and look on the Carolina's reptile educational Program, or thats C.R.E.P. on the search and if you dont have one I dont what someone like you pay for one out of the momey your talking from people. There's just no logic behind it, I even contacted you with information about someone selling the Red Pygmys you wanted long afterwards and you acted all sweet explaining you were going to work with the radiata instead "thanks for the info, catch ya later" And now this, but I'm the devious one? I posted about your use of the photos in one of the other multiple threads involving you.
As far as being nice after the incident, I simply prefer to handle a confrontation in an adult manner. By saying I would keep the Radiateds effectively let you know that I was not interested in anything you might have to offer (evidently it worked because I never heard back from you).
Your excuse (as explained in the other thread) made no sense especially after reading you had a history of this behavior.

There is a difference here William. We've never done business, and I've never once been accused of the things you have. Why? Because I dont do them. you do.

I've personally witnessed your stolen photos, I've seen you edit them and post as your own. I've seen your attempts at removing them before people were notified. I've personally witnessed you remit false care information when selling animals you did not even posses, they were being represeted again, by false photos and completely false information. You ever tried arguing with EXPERTS. You are simply stubborn William. To be perfectly honest with you, if you could just own up to some of these things wouldnt that be so much easier? I mean, really. You may believe your excuses, but seriously, do you think anyone else does? You probably do run accross some great animals, who knows, you could be a fairly damn good guy. But these things hanging over your head, and your continued stubborn reaction to OBVIOUS actions it just gets annoying. Especially the photos man, There are many people you have done this too, one even posted here! You've been called out on numerous times. I talk with people just like anyone else, and have nothing bad to say about you business-wise, but you see William, I on the other hand do have firsthand experience when it comes to witnessing the things you have done, as for me, well, there is not much you can say about me without being dihonest. About the only thing you c an say at this point would be "Gee golly, that guy sure wont let me live down my lies."

You access your profile in the User CP. Click on User CP and then on the left hand side you will see "Edit Profile" You add your last name there.

AWWW, did somebody try to wrong our poor Patches.........
