    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'm looking to buy some female ball pythons from Mandy and a guy named Greg. The number that Mandy called from is in Georgia and the number that Greg called from is in Florida. Does anybody know anything about either of these individuals. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
 
Just normal adult female balls in the 800 to 1100 gram range. She posted an add on kingsnake for female balls for $140 a piece. She seems ok but I'd like to here some kind of input on her. She also uses the name Professional Pets in the add. Let me know if you can help.
 
For normals I would say you'll probably be ok. As long as you're expecting wild caughts anyway, and are going to sex them once they arrive. FWIW I got scammed a while back on a pied het female, was supposed to be a 200 gram cbb animal and I ended up with a 600+g wild caught female. When I complained I started getting emails from various different company names. The seller was originally out of florida, but the package shipped from snellsville GA. I'm not saying the two are related, but you never know.

Also FWIW, paypal is of no use whatsoever in that kind of a dispute. By there policy, if you are shipped anything including AN EMPTY BOX, there words not mine, then they consider it a valid transaction as they will not accept disputes regarding the attributes of the item. Repeated appeals to review the case got the same reply. My CC company on the other hand was most helpful in refunding my money and charging paypal for it. Paypal then became most helpful and sent a letter saying they could have taken care of it for me.
 
Do you remember the name of the company and the name the seller was using? She is using Professional Pets as a business name and she does seem to be on the level. I will certainly let everyone know if she isn't. I do figure that they may be wild caught but she is guaranteeing feeding, health, and sex so if thats true then thats all I'm concerned about. Let me know any other information you have because there can't be too many people selling in Snellville. Thank you.
 
I am new here but if it is questionable i would worry. I do know someone here in TX that does Ball pythons and is extremly good. She handles the bearded dragons while her husband, Sprocket, deals with the pythons. They have every phase of Ball pythons that you could ever want. Here is there information if you want to check them out. I know that they are legit because I have been to there house many times and when I bred beardies she was the person to go to. I did get one ball from them and she was great but now we have gotten into corns and I am happy with them.

my only experience with them was of unanswered inquiries - I have inquired several times in response to one of their ads and heard nothing back. the ad is still running.
I will be interested in hearing how you make out.
 
Professional pets wasn't one of the names used at the time. It started out as tropical herps, but it rotated through several by the time they quit responding. All of their ads dissapeared shortly after I started making a stink about it, and then other companies with similar ads started posting. Guy I originally was supposedely talking to was Bill Nelvin, but also got emails from other names, also some signed TropH, Tropresolve, and others. Refused to provide a phone number so I could speak with him, never even addressed that I was telling him he sent me the wrong animal. Also, he used several different email addresses, all of them freebies (lycos, hotmail etc).

Talking to him before the sale he seemed professional and a good guy. AFter the sale seemed to be a total scammer. Things ended up working out ok after several weeks of disputes as 1. they at least sent a female, 2. I eventually got her feeding and 3. she was free after I was reimbursed.
