In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

BEWARE! BALL HET SCAMMER! MIKE DAVIDSON (AKA [email protected])

This guy posted a double snow het ball on kingsnake and reptibid and a few other site.... Promising papers, ect.

So we asked for pictures and genetic info.

He then said all he had were feeding records.. Interesting.

Then he went one further...

Upon request of pictures he sent us two, which I can provide upon request, that belonged to someone else claiming that they were his and that TNT reptiles sold them to him before they closed.

When we called him on this he even went one step further!

THEYRE NOW LISTED AGAIN AS HET FOR ALBINOS

SAME PHOTOS TOO!
:D

Some kid got his hands on some $30 balls and he's trying to make a quick buck, beware.

I thought that email address seemed familiar. I have serious doubts about doing business with this person, both as a buyer and as a seller.

Several months ago, I sold a snake to Kim Felts. Right afterwards, Kim experienced some major problems with PayPal that were not her fault. Anyways, Kim was selling some of her animals to make good on the debt, and having her customers pay me.

Mike Davidson is not this person's real name, unless he's legally changed it within the past six months. His name is Joseph Mata, as per his verified PayPal account.

Anyways, I digress... Mr Mata told Kim that he had paid me for his transaction, and that I had personally sent him an email thanking him for the payment. Problem is, that never happened. Only after being confronted with the truth, did he finally send payment.

Kim had forwarded his emails to me, but I unfortunately cleaned my inbox just this past weekend. Perhaps she might still have them- they are quite an interesting read.

Ah good so I wasent losing my mind and jumping the gun on this one.

Just seemed if someone had a morph like that I would think you'd have some type of paperwork for it. I dont know anyone trying to sell a $5,000 with just feeding records and no papers!

And as soon as i stated I had seen the parents photos he immediatley stopped corresponding with me and pulling down his ads.

Not a reply since. I already miss being lied too.. :(

thanks man, another bad guy bites the dust! BEWARE GUYS!

A proven bad guy within six posts.
A proven bad guy within 5 replies.
A proven bad guy with no one arguing whether he is really good or bad.

SHEESH!!! is that a record?

now all you need to do is show him this thread............please

I wanna be entertained

hi guys..long time no see
i sold joe a het for orange ghost male ball python that i think should be around two or three years old now.
the snake came from cv exotics scott seavey with papers from scott and a letter that scott wrote joe verifying the animal..
incase this seller is representing a het for orange ghost - that particular snake can be verified or not verified with pic through cv exotics if you write scott.
thanks ken for the info on this matter.
sadly the snake i bought from ken a green tree python that was awesome got stolen
:( :( :(
the monies that joe sent ken were to cover the expense on the green tree .

"incase this seller is representing a het for orange ghost - that particular snake can be verified or not verified with pic through cv exotics if you write scott."

Dosent matter. After this no matter what that kid "represents" is worthless in my eyes. Bottom line he's using a fake name, and lying about providing paperwork, claiming he owns specimens that produced this specific snake that werent even his, and blaming the lack of paperwork on a company that no longer exists.

Do you think anyone in their right mind would buy anything from this person even if he had paperwork on another animal in the future?

Not if they're smart.

This guy is a DEFINATE BAD GUY.

christopher

dont get me wrong i was not sticking up for this person..he tried to tell me that he had paid ken when he had not.
i easily could have shipped the ball out but thankfully i did not.
i am just saying that in the particular case of the orange ghost het he did receive one from me that was verified.
case closed.
surely doesnt make him a good person by any stretch im just stating facts as i know them to be.

If anyone wants me to, I can deliver the thread in person....He lives about 20 mins up the road from me.... I have been lurking around many places learning what I can....I am quickly becoming an enthusiast with the ball pythons, and to hear of someone like this just makes me sick.... Sorry, I have been in a ranting mood all day.... (dealing with sick geckos....) :(

And even BETTER! His name is registered here as "adam durant" in his profile!

Joseph Mata ?
Mike Davidson ?
Adam Durant ?

Now theres THREE personas... Beware!

How moronic can one person be?! :(

Wow, three identities now? What is going on, is everyone trying to take the Jesse Underhill method of doing business as a REAL way to handle business?

Oops, I'm sorry, you've asked too many questions, I'm afraid I'm going to have to keep stealing pictures and change my name a couple times to throw you off the track. But I'm still using the same e-mail address for every persona? But of course! Changing a name is easy, but it takes 5 more clicks of the mouse to get a new e-mail address, and that's just too much work for me. Just like it is too much work to sell or produce REAL hets.

Good job sniffing this fruit cup out. :)

Just an FYI, the previous post was NOT written by Steph Scranton. It was written by Rob Hill/Geckos Anonymous.

For some reason I cannot log her out of the BOI on my home computer. Sorry for any confusions or problems(though it gives me more of an excuse to goof of on the work computer ;) ).

No need, I would expect the same "heads up" from any of you. Thats why the BOI is here :D

lol @ fruit cup.

Remember guys! I have that Contract of Genetics and I would be more then happy to send it to anybody that emails me. Here are a few other tips I use:

Always get a phone number. Use reverse lookup on whitepages.com or just enter the number in google and be sure the name on that line matches the person you're doing business with.

I know there is great debate about this but I stay away from free email addresses. I have one myself but I only use it for signing up for things I don't want them to have my info or be able to get it. I would never use it including my AOL address for a business transaction.

I can't tell you how much money I've saved using this contract. Be sure a photo of the animal is printed on the back of it so the animal the contract is for can't be disputed. Also, send a small deposit with the contract and don't pay in full till you get it back. The only lawyer I have a need for is my Real Estate lawyer so that's who I had write it up for me. I would say of the people I wasn't comfortable with from their ad or I didn't know, once we worked out a deal we were both happy with and I asked if they would have any trouble signing it......100% of them said no of course not and then never contacted me again.

I will get this downloaded to my site soon but untill then if you're thinking about doing a deal with hets please email me and cover you butt.
