Inquiry: Mnr Reptiles ??

Ok folks looking to see who knows anything about MNR reptiles. I am looking at a few animals they have for sale and looking to get feedback on them from anyone who has made purchases with them on snakes etc? i am not looking for feed back off any supplies they may have sold but simply the animals they have sold heatlh , packaging etc. I only buy from a select few people and am weary of buying from people i dont know so i need some feedback from you guys on this one ok ? thanks in advance

While it isn't exactly what you asked for, I have sold animals to them on a few occasions and found them very easy to deal with.

I had the brilliant thought of using that "search" function on here and founf enough feedback to put my mind to ease with Mike aka MNR so now its a matter of the details on the deal i want thanks none the less sorry for the un needed post webslave.

UPDATE ON MNR

At this point i will say i am 50/50 on this deal to date . I had made many questions as to these snakes being imports as he did state that to me when we spoke about them , i also asked many times if they had been treated for parasites with flagyl/pancur when he recieved them and have yet to get that answer as iwanted to know if i needed to start them on this myself.The snakes i purchased were a fully striped female that came in and i had originally wanted a mostly striped male that was offered at $200.00 i was informed by email that the snake was sold and that the one i had put on the pendinglist ofthe "junglish" looking male was the one he had so i told him that would be fine i wanted him . I then paypaled him the total for both snakes of $750.00 ( $400.oo on the female & $350.00 on the different male ) i had still received any info if they had been treated by him when he got them in. But did get a email stating that he had sold me a poss jungle for $350.00 and that i would be happy with the snake.He then stated to me that the snakes were shipped out on wed afternoon for 10:30 delivery here to me on thursday . Now i still havent recieved any info on if they had been treated on his end .Thursday came and they did arrive but almsot 2 hrs late at noon . (this i know wasnt his fault) upon un packing them they were well packed in shredded newspaper and in a snake bad with the same in it . the female was the first to poke her head out and she does look excellent but is rather thin not sure if she has fed but she has not for me as yet . The male then came out and was the "original male i had asked about for $200.00 ." NOT the $350.00 male i was told i was getting .I emailed him ASAP aboutthis to let him know he had either misinformed me ofthe snake he was sendingme or packed the wrong snake for shipping . this was done on thursday as soon as they arrived to me . Now there was a difference of $150.00 in the two males price wise .I informed him i was happy with keeping this male as it was the first choice in the males for its striping and looks . and that i would await the refund of $150.00 to mu paypal account and that i wasnt mad aboutthe mix up but would be expecting to have a refund sent for the difference in the two snakes .As of yet i have not heard from mike / MNR on this matter and i do understand people are busy but i think a response unless hospitalized or out of town is the correct action to take in any form of correspondence .I have since emailed him two more times requesting this be handled or contact me to get this matter resovled .i have also posted for him to make contatc with me on the KS classifieds aboutthis and i am paitently awaiting his responce on this matter .

In a nut shell right now i will say i am at a %75 approval rating for MNR reptiles pending the outcome of the refund process for $150.00 communicqations are not 100% upto par atleast by my standards in communications with a paid customer once i recieve a refund or response on this i will finish this post with my whole hearted feelings on this transaction

this atthis point is not a BAD GUY post or a good guy post its in limbo pending his actions on this

i bought a couple baby boas from mike at MnR recently and was satisfied with the deal in general, snakes were shipped and packaged great...this was maybe a couple weeks ago at most, and though im having trouble getting them to eat as well, im not too worried yet
it was my understanding both of mine were imports (farm bred babies) also but i did not think to ask if mine were treated for parasites n such as i assumed(we all know what that makes out of u n me lol)
but to the point, i would probably buy from him again if the right snake had the right price and i had the cash to spare

Mike contacted me last night and as of this morning everything was handled and refund issued , I will say that both the animals i got from him are as nice or nicer then i expected and both have readily took rat pinks after 48hrs of settling in here .Although communications were slow i was told it was due to his spam filter .Regardless i will say i would in the future make a purchase with MNR reptile if he comes across more eyecandy that i like i am happy to end this on a good note on some awsome snakes thanks Mike

i would like to ammend my last post to say i would DEFINITELY buy from mike and MnR again gievn the right snake/price/funds availability

he contacted me by email as soon as he saw my post about my snakes not eating right away, EVEN THOUGH i said i wasnt worried about it...and mike, the anery female took a p/k small mouse even though i had to make it move for her lol and the striper female is finally huntin around so ill try her in a couple days when i get to the pet store for feeders again
