    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

ok dansnake on here is a con artist we had a deal i trade him a 1.1jackson pair and a 2 foot surinam redtail for 2 baby dwarf caimen i include 145 cash.i shipped the animals and no money ... when i got the caimen i was to give him the cash so he dicked mearound for 1 month ... oww im outta money,my moms in the hospital ,i dont have a box,o my house got raided they took them his address is

I don't mean to sound rude but I've read your post four times and I still can't figure out what you're trying to say. You said you shipped the animals but no money and now you're out of money......and you don't have a box?
Maybe I'm just slow but I don't have a clue what you're trying to say. Can you clarify the details of your trade again?

A little off topic but Dansnake said his house got raided???For what???I have never heard of someone being raided and having their animals takin away,unless it was a Fish and GAME warden that raided him.Just curios.Also do you have any proof of what you are saying?
 
Have you asked him to ship your reptiles back and just forget about the trade? If he says he can't afford to ship them back have him ship your animals collect. You'll lose a little money on the shipping but atleast you would get your animals back.
If he refuses to ship your animals back, I would contact local law enforcement and file a fraud complaint. Keep all emails regarding this transaction as you may need them to prove your case.

I assume that you have not sent him the money order, correct?

daniel said that our permit was to sell. when he gets back we get the caimen back from the game and fish commission reptile rescue. since we weren't here they did not have proof of us having a permit to sell caimen. in order for us to sell the caimen to you we need a copy of your liscence or permit. you sent us 2 jacksons and the a suriname for ONE caimen and one caimen is what you are going to get. the columbian died and you offered a replacement . which we did not accept. so you get ONE caimen for 2 jacksons. that is fair and simple. . and because of that he .daniel said that by the end of the week you will receive ONE caimen. that was the deal. THEN WE WILL GO OUR SEPERATE WAYS.

First off I would suggest that you either use a spell checker on your post, or have someone else read them. By the way you are writing I gather you are a young child. What is your age? Your post's are some of the hardest to read and follow. I am not trying to belittle you by any means, I just would like you and others to post so that everyone can understand exactly what you are trying to say.
Also in your signature it says you live in Jax Fl. Do you have your Class II Crocodilian License from the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission? This license is required to posses Caiman period.

Hey Neil, his name is included but it's kinda lost in his signature message. It's about as clear as the rest of his posts.;)

Morgan, your posts are too difficult to interpret for anyone to offer you good advice. Like Rob mentioned, you need a Class ll Crocodilian License to legally own caiman (not just a permit to possess and sell non-venomous reptiles). If you don't have the proper permit you'd be better off just asking for your reptiles back.

My understanding is that the original trade was your 1.1 Jacksons, 1 Surinam boa, and $145 for his 2 caiman. He received the 1.1 Jacksons, a dead boa, no money and he's still willing to send you one of the caiman. That sounds pretty generous on his part (although I may have misunderstood this entire thread)

3 questions:

1. Have you emailed Daniel to inform him that you posted here? He should be given the opportunity to tell his side of the story.
2. Did the Surinam boa die in shipping? If so, how did you package it?
3. Have you asked Daniel to send your animals back since you are no longer happy with his trade offer?

Daniel says that you still owe him $70. You say that he hasn't shipped you the animals. How then do you still owe him $70 if he didn't ship the animals and you didn't send the money order. Farther down the thread you say that Daniel only wanted $45.This is very confusing.IMO.

Just trying to figure this out.

p.s Have you told Daniel that you have posted this on the BOI

If you are licensed in the state of Florida under Class II for Crocodillian's is your license listed under buisness name? Or someone else's name? I checked today and there is noone in Jacksonville area licensed for Class II Crocks under the name Armstrong.

You are right. I should not question you about your love of animals. I mean here you are selling them before you can even check them out. Here you are trying to sell them before they can even get fed and watered. It does show you really care about the animals....gee I was so wrong.

I am so ignorant because you are selling animals you do not have and I called you on it.

Another Daniel Little Trade Gone Bad

I'm not going to defend ANYONE here... I think you're all a little rediculous at times. BUT - Daniel Little has some problems he certainly needs to work out VERY quickly.

I traded my 0.1 Irian Jaya Carpet Python for Daniel's Santa Isabel Island Boa. After going back and forth for a while, I finally agreed to ship first (DO NOT DO THIS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL).

Well... Poor 'ol Daniel must not be as experienced as I though, because he sent me a message saying my 3 ft Carpet Python was the MEANEST snake he had ever seen, and he was sending it back to me. Come on now... This guy sells CAIMAN! I would think he could handle a little Carpet Python. But no - He wants to send it back.

Here's the problem... HE HASN'T SENT IT BACK YET! He claimed he was going to ship it out on Monday, December 2nd, which has now come and gone. I won't even get into the BS stories his wife has been telling me... She can't even tell the same story twice in one phone conversation.

Now - I have given Daniel his ultimatum - Ship me MY snake or the original trade snake by Monday, December 9th, or I will pursue legal action. Daniel must think I am joking around...

Daniel, if you get around to reading this - Remember what I told you? I'll do whatever it takes to make sure I get either my snake, your snake, or your money. Don't even think for a SECOND that I will hesitate come tuesday afternoon.

yea .. he has dicked me around for over a month and im pissed i just dont know what to do.his wife said my heathy snake died after 2 days which maybe so <which i seriously dought> but i have a live arrival onlypolicy just like him so we agreed to that so his wife says no deal now and she is shipping the jacksons and to me but never did nor the caimen
but my problem is i have no idea on how to report him
