I produced 1.4 pastels (50% possible het for burgundy hypo) just last month... They were produced from breeding a 06' Graziani line pastel male to an 03' 100% het burgundy hypo.
All have had their 1st shed & have been eating on fuzzy mice 3-4 x's a week and some have been taking fuzzy rats when offered as well. I'm holding onto the one male and one female and will be offering up a few of the females from the clutch for a limited time to Fund another project. I'm not in any kind of rush to sell these and I understand my price is higher than most pastel females on the market but they must be seen in person to truly appreciate and the burgundy hypo gene is very rare. You can easily find pastel females for less, however if you are one that believes firmly in selective breeding and QUALITY then these are for you!
FYI
The burgundy hypo gene was first proven by Ralph Davis as a simple recessive back in 2003. I'm holding back the male pastel (in hopes to get him up to size to breed back to mom late this season) and atleast one or two of the females...
Posted pics of mom & dad below as well...
Asking $275 ea.
0.3 Pastels 50% poss het for burgundy hypo
Dad (06' 1300g Graziani line) with a Bee he also produced for us this season...
Mom - 03' 100% het burgundy hypo
Thanks for looking and would rather sell locally to avoid shipping! Thank you!
