Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is handled on a case-by-case basis. Deposits are nonrefundable. There are a number of circumstances beyond my control once your animal arrives and is introduced to your collection and husbandry methods. All sales are final and animals sold, cannot be returned. However, I will do everything in my power to assist in acclimation and a smooth transition to the buyer’s care. In rare cases, I reserve the right to apply a credit (full or partial) towards a future purchase.

Shipping:
All animals are shipped next day via FedEx, using Redline Shipping. The buyer pays shipping unless otherwise stated. Live arrival is only guaranteed when shipped FedEx hub to FedEx hub. If an animal arrived DOA, then I must be notified within 2 hours of the FedEx hub marking it “delivered”, for the guarantee to be honored. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Sexing Policy:
I guarantee the sex of the animal for 7 days. Beyond that, it's no longer my responsibility. I do my best and am rarely wrong on sexing, but mistakes do happen on occasion.
