    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I took off Friday and contacted my retirement planning board and am set up to retire August 30th! I could have went a month earlier but wanted to make sure they had time to find a decent replacement and not hire the first person to apply. This July 15th will be 33 years at current job.

Also today my wife Lisa and I are celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We are celebrating by her working and me ordering siding cleaner and mowing grass! I did let her order some of her vera bradley stuff and got her 2 dozen mixed roses and a box of chocolate covered Oreos that she likes. I bought the Skil drain snake and 6" skil chainsaw for me. I do like my tools.

Thanks Melinda! Unfortunately I cannot give you more karma till I spread it around some, lol.

I just finished cleaning siding on one side. That was on north end and tons of mildew and algae. This 30 second cleaner did an awesome job but my water pressure not real great for up top so I ordered a 30 ft brush extension to finish off. Below 15 foot looks great though.

I did front porch area and asked wife if she would like new patio furniture for mothers day. She's on her laptop oohing and ahhing so I think I have a winner!
