    I am still waiting on my developer to finish up on the Classifieds Control Panel so I can use it to encourage members into becoming paying members. Google Adsense has become a real burden on the viewing of this site, but honestly it is the ONLY source of income now that keeps it afloat. I tried offering disabling the ads being viewed by paying members, but apparently that is not enough incentive. Quite frankly, Google Adsense has dropped down to where it barely brings in enough daily to match even a single paid member per day. But it still gets the bills paid. But at what cost?

    So even without the classifieds control panel being complete, I believe I am going to have to disable those Google ads completely and likely disable some options here that have been free since going to the new platform. Like classified ad bumping, member name changes, and anything else I can use to encourage this site to be supported by the members instead of the Google Adsense ads.

    But there is risk involved. I will not pay out of pocket for very long during this last ditch experimental effort. If I find that the membership does not want to support this site with memberships, then I cannot support your being able to post your classified ads here for free. No, I am not intending to start charging for your posting ads here. I will just shut the site down and that will be it. I will be done with FaunaClassifieds. I certainly don't need this, and can live the rest of my life just fine without it. If I see that no one else really wants it to survive neither, then so be it. It goes away and you all can just go elsewhere to advertise your animals and merchandise.

    Not sure when this will take place, and I don't intend to give any further warning concerning the disabling of the Google Adsense. Just as there probably won't be any warning if I decide to close down this site. You will just come here and there will be some sort of message that the site is gone, and you have a nice day.

    I have been trying to make a go of this site for a very long time. And quite frankly, I am just tired of trying. I had hoped that enough people would be willing to help me help you all have a free outlet to offer your stuff for sale. But every year I see less and less people coming to this site, much less supporting it financially. That is fine. I tried. I retired the SerpenCo business about 14 years ago, so retiring out of this business completely is not that big if a step for me, nor will it be especially painful to do. When I was in Thailand, I did not check in here for three weeks. I didn't miss it even a little bit. So if you all want it to remain, it will be in your hands. I really don't care either way.

    And for the record, I will be shutting down the Google Adsense ads on January 1, 2025.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

So in JimO's opinion it is OK to forget about people that wronged others and forget about them. Lucille just resurected alans thread to remind everyone. ray stricklands was resurected so no one would forget him. Maybe we should let TSE's thread fade into oblivion so he can have the oportunity to strike again in the future.

i have known of chuck and a keepers choice for quite some time. i have found him to hold to nothing but the highest standards. i have never purchased an animal from him, but would not hesitate to do so. i think you can expect good customer service and healthy animals.

Even though the reasoning behind your posting if very APPARENT, I will bite.

I would have NO issues dealing with Chuck at all. He has always been someone who I can count on and I consider him a friend. Which btw, is much more than most people here consider you......

Don't twist my words Nick. Is there a thread where Chcuk has wronged people? If so, why not post on that one asking for an update?

This thread is no innocent coincidence and you are not considering a purchase from Chuck so why post it? We all know the answer and it speaks directly to your character Nick.

With all due respect you comparing apples and oranges here, Alan had history here, Ray well we all know the story there,And TSE, Shoot that will never sink in to the pits of oblivion, But Nick, I personally thought that you knew Chuck, Didn't you and him go to Hamburg together last year ???? I may be mistaken, but I do remember reading that on a thread somewhere here, But on another note I do believe Chuck had one deal that went south and I also believe he fixed it ...Took a sabbatical and came back.

One person I know that I won't be doing business with is Nicholas Bonn. Not after this performance. You've just shot yourself in the foot.
 
so an inquiry shoots yourself in the foot. Hmmmm..... I hope everyone that is on the BOI reads this. If you post an inquiry, people like JIMO can read your mind as to your motivations and you will be shooting yourself in the foot. Thats a good example to set for everyone reading the BOI. People may not even do business if you post an inquiry right JIM???

I COULD NOT AGREE MORE NICK! I do hope everyone on the BOI is reading this so they can better understand the methods of Nicholai. You have proven yourself to be beyond logical thought, rationale, or even the slightest hope by some of us that you might even have integrity.

Everyone here who joined HELL or the TRR War rooms, know how you treat other females, how you deceived so many people that once called you friends. Now, you want to take those same methods and bring it to the very public BOI. The only one that is going to lose something here is you Nick. And I, as well as numerous other people, cannot wait for for the :toiletcla

I've got to say, I'm awfully disappointed, Nick......I guess I don't know the whole story behind it as others seem to, but I am truly surprised at this....

People don't have to be "mind readers" to see the purpose behind it.
 
If there has been no recent bad posts on the BOI and this is a person you would not do business with, then this thread was completely uncalled for. This isn't a inquiry, it is a flat out attack of someone you do not care for. Very disappointing coming from a mod!!!!
 
Now if someone was genuinely posting an inquiry and you replied stating your opinion, possibly backed up by posts and facts, then thats the time to give your thumbs up or down.

If anything comes across its that you are looking more for dirt then happy satified customers. Which one of these would fill your heart fuller?
