I bought a VPI axanthic het albino female off Ron from A+ serpents, and I'm pleased with the transaction.
I paid for her under the pretense that I would get her feeding, as she had only just had her first shed when I saw his post showing them off. I didn't check the weather at the time, and when I did it was not conducive to shipping. Ron said no problem and as he was holding her for me, gave her her first meal as well.
When the weather finally broke, he shipped on Monday. There was a mix-up on the tracking info, but that was on me, as I asked him to add my wife's name to the label so she could pick it up without issue. Tuesday came and no snake. Turns out, the packages Ron sent out to myself and other customers missed their connecting flights and were all delayed a day. Ron was very diligent in dealing with fedex and kept me updated.
She arrived Wednesday no worse for the wear. She was well packaged as well. Included in her box was her feed record. Today I recieved a certificate, on heavy card stock, of authenticity for her. This is a nice touch and greatly appreciated.
She has acclimated quickly, and ate today for me.
TL;DR Ron Gatchell from A+ Serpents is top notch. Will buy from again when the time is right.
