Hi Guys,
Apologies if this post is in the wrong thread. If so, please point me in the right direction.
I recently logged into the AAA Reptile Supply site, trying to buy a thermostat. Everything went well, until I tried to enter my credit card details. It was regected with the message that the card number could not be matched to my billing address. I tried 3 times, each time with the same error message, and then I logged off, thinking that the order was not finalised. I also never received a message that the order was finalised.
This morning I logged onto my banking, and I see that the amount of the order is awaiting authorisation 3 times on my card. They have not replied to any emails in 2 days. What can I do ?
