    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am looking to find the absorbent liner material that can be cut and used as tub liners. I want to find it wholesale direct. I have the means to cut it to shape but I just need to find the material thanks

I use the indented kraft as well when I need to use paper. It's the heaviest of the papers I was able to find. It's absorbent, but you just have to remember that paper will only hold so much liquid. But it's very nice paper, been using it here for years for quarantine, babies, and breeding. Buy it by the big roll and cut it yourself to size rather than paying someone else to do it.

Awesome. Thanks. Thats awesome it comes in rolls. Where I work we have a water jet machine and can program our own parts. I have the ability to roll the sheets out and cut all at once with a water jet machine. I can wait to find the right paper or absorbent material even if its not paper.

I've been using it for several years. Wouldn't still be using it, if it didn't work.

It's absorbent as any other sheet of paper product is. It's not going to absorb all of a giant urination from a giant female obviously, and will need to be changed rather quickly when they do go to keep them from wallowing in feces, but as far as paper products go it's been the heaviest weight single sheet I've found at a reasonable price. If you check your cages on a regular basis and clean when needed, it's great. It's not the kind of substrate you'd want if you only check your snakes once a week, though, because of the situation I mentioned above. It soaks it up, but it doesn't lock it away and keep it away from the snake.

Found something better!

Red Rosin paper: 36" x 167', made by Contractor Solutions. I picked this up from Home Depot today for $12. I initially stayed away from rolls because they don't flatten out well. However, this flattened out right away and is thick enough to just use one sheet. I tested in water and it absorbs well and stays dry on the underside. No odor or color when wet. Like a cross between thick paper & paper towel. I saved a lot of money and can cut these to size for all my cages. I can do an update in a week or two, but I can already tell its a winner!
