All prices are firm. 30 day payment plans available on geckos over $100, with a non-refundable deposit of 30%. $60 flat rate shipping in the US. This includes the phase 22 pack, cold pack, or heat pack to keep your geckos warm or cool if needed, and the shipping box. Canada & overseas is extra. Please inquire. Geckos are not yours or marked sold unless they are paid for in full, or a pre-approved 30% deposit is made. Purchases are a first come, first serve basis. We cannot have an animal on hold with a deposit and/or payment(s) made, only to have the customer decide they don't want the gecko anymore and want their money back. Once a payment is made, the payment can not be transferred to a different animal. The only exceptions to this is if the animal gets sick or dies while still in our care and we have no similar animal we can replace it with. We reserve the right to refuse sale for any reason. Gecko(s) must be shipped within 1 month of payment being made. Discounts: No discounts are available on payment plans. Discounted animals must be paid for in full. Payment Plans: Payment plans are accepted on purchases over $100. A down payment of 30% or more must be received of the total costs, including shipping. Gecko(s) need to be payed off in 30 days. Each individual payment must total to 30% or more of the original cost each time. If no payment is made within 2 days of the due date (determined at time of deposit), you forfeit the gecko, and someone else may purchase it. If for some reason you are unable to complete a payment plan, no refunds will be given. You may pick another gecko that is available for sale to replace the one you can't afford. Gecko(s) must be shipped within 1 month of last payment made. Gecko Tails: Geckos drop their tails, often for no apparent reason. Because of this, we cannot be held responsible for tails dropped during shipping or while under our care, and no refunds will be given for dropped tails. Temperature Guidelines & Shipping: Live arrival can only be guaranteed when temperatures are between 35° (overnight low) and 80°(daytime high). There has to be 2 days in a row with these temperatures to ship. If a gecko has to be held for appropriate shipping weather we will hold free of charge. If the weather decides to change on us and we have to wait for shipping weather, no refund will be given. We cannot control the weather! We also cannot control if Fedex has any delays during shipping which causes your box to arrive late. If Fedex has a delay while your box is in transit no refund on shipping costs will be given. Guaranteed Live Arrival: You must contact us through facebook message or e-mail ([email protected]) within 30 minutes of delivery for guarantee to be valid. No refunds will be made if the gecko is mishandled, mistreated, and/or not cared for correctly. We are not responsible for carrier delays. If any unfortunate event happens during shipping and your gecko arrives deceased on arrival, a 50% off coupon will be issued for a future purchase on a case by case basis. There are no refunds on deceased geckos after they have been in your care for more than 24 hours. We must receive 3 pictures of the deceased animal within 30 minutes of arrival for this to be valid. An adult must be home to to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt. No cash refunds. Your address that you send for your shipping label will be copied and pasted just as you send it onto your label. Look over it for mistakes, as we will not be liable for any wrong information that causes your gecko to arrived late or deceased on arrival.
