    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Advice on breeding bearded dragons

Me and my fiance are going to start breeding bearded dragons next year. We have a normal red/gold 2 1/2 yr old male and a orange tangerine german giant 6 month old female. We are going to keep them both in a 125 gallon tank( when the girl gets alittle older) with a 100 watt heat bulb, uvb bulbs,heat pad under one side of tank, and of course tree limbs for climbing. They already get fed at 6 o clock in the morning (greens w/meal worms) & greens through out the day and crickets every weekend. pinkies every 2 weeks. They also recieve baths every day and get to go outside every day in their little pen to get natural sunlight. We handle them as often as possible which is every day from as soon as we get home till we get in bed.One more thing, they both go to the vet every month.Can anyone give us some starting advice before we put these two 2gether to get some babies?
 
Don't breed them for at least one year (the female should be a MINIMUM of 18 months...)
Also, be prepared for all the babies. Assume your power bill will roughly double monthly and be ready for A LOT of cleaning of enclosures and LOTS of crickets (babies eat TONS)... they are expensive and are not profitable (if that's why you want to breed)...
Just my two cents from our current experience.
