What is a Holdback?
Obviously Holdbacks are selected for some particular outstanding characteristic.
The breeder will raise the animals to either a point of adulthood or
until the characteristics mature revealing the true value of the specimen.
I started with 32 holdbacks which I selected from the 1,000 or animals I have sold.
I have around these seven remaining.
