Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I know, I really don't need to come here and tell many of you how great Ali and Mark are or how great their cages are but for those of you who do not know...

In 2007 I purchased 21 AP cages and really had a great experience! Over the past month or so I have been working with Ali and Mark on another big order. Each and every time I call to add, change my mind, or whatever Ali is nothing but pleasant! I don't EVER get that vibe in her voice like, oh, you again, what do you want to change now! I have made a few of those calls trying to get my cages just right. Ali is always helpful, understanding and a joy to work with.

My order is being worked on now but I know without a doubt the cages will be to my liking when I get them and if there is ANY issue, like before with a scratched glass door (my 2007 order) Mark and Ali will take care of it without problem. I know it's rare to have this much faith and trust in a company but with Animal Plastics I know I will be safe posting this now.:thumbsup:

Believe it or not just after I posted this Ali contacted me and told me there was a delay... Waiting on plastic. After a few other delays for whatever reason I finally got my cages January 21 2010! 4 to 6 weeks turned into MONTHS and another long wait.

It all worked out in the end as it allowed me to order a few more cages and make some adjustments to my order but both times I have ordered the wait has been WAY TO LONG! However the customer service was great and I guess it should be right? lol. Over all I am happy with everything (EXCEPT THE DELAYS).

I love the cages...
 
I just received my first AP cage - a T8. There was only a small delay on the lead time I was given. The cage arrived right when it was supposed to, perfectly packaged, and in perfect condition. I'm really impressed with how well-designed it is, and how easy it is to assemble! Seriously, these guys should take over the direction-writing for Ikea lol! Ali is an absolute joy to deal with, and a stellar example of what customer service should be. I must have asked her half a million questions and she answered each one promptly, accurately, and in a friendly, professional manner. I'm a huge fan.
 
yes i agree great customer service and its even better for me since i live about 2 hours away, i just go pick up my stuff!! Great job guys!!!!!
