Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I had a couple newbie issues of my own doing.Andy was a great customer service guy!! He helped me through it with a perfect attitude.
He is a great guy to deal with and i will be using these guys from now on.
 
100 % top notch customer service & trustworthy i only use SYR for my reptiles and i've never had any issue with their service. I definitely recommend ShipYourReptiles to anyone.
 
I agree. Every time I've used SYR, everyone that works there has been fantastic. They even pretty much walked me through my first reptile shipment, and are always available to help/answer questions. I cannot say enough good things about these guys!
 
I just wanted to say again how awesome Andy @ SYR is. I recently had a shipment that was delayed going from the airport to the Fedex facility where it was being held. I called Andy, he called Fedex to find out what was going on, the snake made it, and I had my insurance claim processed right away for the shipping fees.

Today, I had Fedex deliver a snake to the wrong address (wrong street, 8 blocks away, completely the fault of the driver). I realized this when the buyer told me the tracking showed delivered and they had not recieved it. I called Andy again, and he called Fedex. They sent the driver back to get the package and take it to the correct address. I am quite impressed...I didn't have to sit on the phone trying to get Fedex to fix it. I spent 5min on the phone with Andy and he took care of everything. Needless to say, SYR is awesome. Saved me so much headache.
 
I will chime in here too and say SYR has excellent, fast customer service. Anytime I had a question, it was answered in a very polite and swift manner. I have been most pleased with SYR and the fabulous people that run it. :)

Looking forward to my continued usage of their service. :D

Another well done job. This time i had no $ in my checking account to ship a few packages and they actually set it up and let me pay with Pay Pal. Which,they are working on to get it hooked to their site so we reptile people can pay with P P.

ShipYourReptiles.com is like having a personal agent at FedEx - the customer service from Andy & Robyn is unmatched. I use their service regularly, the rates are fair and the services they offer were a genius addition to our hobby.
 
Just wanted to add to this for Aimee and Katie at SYR. They were both incredibly helpful with all the fed-ex issues this week. They kept in touch with me and I didn't have to message them first. They sent updates as soon as they had them. The customer service was excellent and they were kind even with all the pressure they must have been under. My gecko was found and arrived alive, just a day late. Because I had the insurance, they processed it right away.
