    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have seen the post by Lil La and it seems I'm not alone.My trouble started on 4/15/03.She (Tracey Lyons)placed an ad stating she had 4 leo geckos 4 bearded dragons 2 ball pythons and 1 iguana that she had gotten as a rescue and didn't have the lighting needed to house them and needed help placing them.I contacted her and said I had room for the geckos and beardeds.She emailed me back and said she only had 2 Beardeds left and no geckos.So I sent her $30 for shipping for the 2 Rescue Beardeds.She has emailed me twice( Thurs.4/17 & Mon.4/21)telling me that they would be shipped.Needless to say I wasted 2 whole days waiting and still nothing came.On Wed. 4/23 I emailed her and asked for my money back as I no longer wanted to deal with her and waste even more time.As you could guess I Haven't gotten any response.I paid via Paypal but I doubt if they can do anything at this point.It's a shame I didn't send it by M.O. thru the post office.This is the first time I have had a problem doing transactions on the net so I guess I,m lucky it was only $30 and not much more.
