Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Anyone dealt with B&T Reptiles out of Maryland?

Just wondering if anyone has dealt with Bruce at B&T Reptiles out of Maryland.I have never done business with him and am working on a trade.Thanks alot,Donel
 
I was supposed to meet him at a local show for him to pick up some left over corns...Day before the show he had to cancel (family reasons)...Said he would "get back to me" :*)...Haven't heard from him since...Not true, he emailed to say he was going to New Jersey and and he'd "get back to me"...He is advertising het pieds over on KS so I imagine amel corns weren't high on his "to get" list...Good luck and peace...Chris
 
Well recently on here (BOI) there was a lady that had been advertising a Pastel Ball Python on KS. The animal pictured was not a pastel in any stretch of the imagination and was brought toher attention by a few people. She came on the BOI and admitted that she did not know but was sold that animal as a pastel by B&T and that it was obvious that they had sold her something it was not. Now I can not verify all the information but this is what she posted on here about this company.

Be careful of B & T

Hey Donel. I hope you are not getting any ball pythons from B & T. They tried to rip us off by trading a wannabe pastel ball python. The only reason I knew about it was because I had posted the snake for sale on KS. I received 27 e-mails (hate mail) from ball python enthusiasts. They said it was clearly not a pastel and whoever I got the snake from tried to pull a fast one. Ask Rob from RK Reptiles, Alex Hues, or anyone else on BOI. Just watch your back. He is getting normal imports with high gold coloring and trying to find someone that doesn't know about snakes, as we did not. Will not make that mistake again. Good Luck. Abi....
 
Hi Abi,well I figured it was a Shadey deal from the get go.First off, I was sent 1 really bad pic of the 100% het pied and the deal was for 1.1 het pied babies.Second, he said it was the last male he had and I did some research and found the same snake posted by him on Kingsnake(which it is probably still posted).His answer to this was that he has had trade deals fall through in the past so he kept it posted.But on top of this just below this ad,he had another stating he was looking for lots of normals,no hets and no high ends and he needed them immediately.So this brought the red flag up big time!Then along with posting on here and hearing the comments.Also these two hets I was going to get had no paperwork,so he told me to email the breeder(which of course was a buddy of his,Justin at Justin Snake Kingdom)to confirm the genetics,which of course he did,even without me sending a pic of the one snake(the bad pic).But I requested a pic of the parents and the guy said he sold the parents and did'nt have any pics,but that Bruce was a good guy and he stands behind him,so I don't know if this guy is in kahootz with him or what.Or maybe he did sell him some hets before and maybe Bruce is on the up and up(doubtful),I don't know,but the whole deal smells really bad.But what I do know is, I will never purchase anything from B&T Reptiles out of Maryland.And I would suggest to anyone else wanting to purchase from them,that you only purchase visible morphs with good pics and paperwork,and pay with a credit card through paypal in case you get the shaft,then you can dispute payment with the credit card co.But again thanks alot Abi,and thanks to Rob and Chris,you saved my ass on this trade!
