    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello I am in need of some information on this company. I have bought supplies from Giovanni on several occiasions but no animals. Has anyone bought animals from him? Thanks,

I've bought animals from Giovanni and they are A+ critters. He takes very good care of his reptiles, and is an excellent person to do business with.

I bought some Bay of L.A. Rosys from him and they were nice anmals. I have seen his collection and was impressed with the set-up and animals in his collection I would not hesitate to buy from him again.
 
I've never purchased reptiles from him, but I met him once when he did a husbandry presentation at the Pacific Northwest Herp Society meeting, and have purchased supplies from him several times.

I knew people in the society that had purchased things from him, and I'd have no qualms about sending him money if he had something I was looking for. Based on my experinces (and those of friends of mine), his reputation is 100% good.

Just wanted to give a follow up on the deal with the bean farm. It was flawless. Excellent snakes. He even would not sell me a snake because it was not eating properly. Very honest, I will be a repeat customer. Thanks,

Ok now some time later I have had some questions about the snakes I ordered from them and now I cannot get them to asnwer my emails. I was selling the snakes and needed the Dob but no reply. I like a company with some followup. If I sell you a snake and 10 years later if you mail me with some question about it, If I have the info Ill give it to you or at least have the common curtisy to reply to you and tell you I dont have that info. I guess when money isint involed for some people it isint important!

Just because they don't answer your question doesn't make them bad people! Were you happy with the snakes you bought from them? Were they healthy? Maybe they are dealing with other things and will get around to answering.
 
The snakes were fine. thats not the point I am making here. I want the customer service I pay for. I had intensions of buying more fomr them but not now. I am not saying they are bad people at all. Maby you should reread the post and omit the brainfart where you thought you read where I said they were bad people! I dont think there could be anything that can take 2 weeks to get back to an email. I might be 2 days sometimes on mine. Just food for thouhgt,

You do realize that they just got done doing a show this past weekend? It takes WEEKS to prepare for such a show, and they were probably too busy to answer emails.

Did you try calling them?
 
Yup called 2 times. Its not a dig deal now I have sold the snakes on a gustiment on the age. I know they are good peeps and I am not saying otherwise. I have bought many many supplies from them. But remember if you read the disclaimer on the snake list it has no afillation fo the bean farm. I am just venting about he email sont he snakes. -Matt Graybeal
