    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

ARS Caging - Brian Hahn

We recently purchased a rack from Brian and it is awesome. He has been so helpful since we purchased the rack and has answered every single one of our questions. The rack is amazing and Brian's customer service is too. We will definitely look to ARS again for any rack-related needs. Thanks again Brian.

I get my mice and rats from Brian, and he has been great to work with. Hope to continue to do business with ARS.
 
I have recently tried Brian as a tentative new supplier for My feeders. I bought a small order of weanling rats, and I was stunned when the package arrived on time, and packed like nothing Rodent Pro ever did. Every rat was whole, clean, and look what a nice pack it comes in. I am surprised there was not a bow around it............

I just purchased a nice rack system for a colony of ball pythons from Brian Hahn at ARS. He was more than willing to discuss his product at length with me prior to the sale. His customer service was admirable and the rack system is superb! It's very solid and well built. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a nice rack system.
 
We just placed another order for two more racks and they arrived in perfect condition. Brian even got us a cheaper rate on shipping and refunded us the difference which we would have never known about but he did it anyway. Doesn't get more honest then that!

Thanks for the great racks and excellent customer service. My geckos LOVE their new home!
 
Purchased some of their 70 series (CB70) tubs recently. Now that I've seen these in person, I'll never use another sterilite/iris/etc in my racks if ARS carries a size that will fit. These things are heavy, heavy duty and I love the built in cupholders.

Packaging was fantastic. The package was double boxed with a layer of styrofoam packing in between boxes. Not a scratch on anything.

Same here. I have bought 5 racks from Brian now and he is so thorough on explaining his product I'm surprised he can get everything else done but he does a great job and his racks and products are second to none. I would definately get more if I had the room.
 
I bought 5 acrylic towers with cases a year ago which are used almost weekly for my educational talks.

They have held up nicely and work great for exhibiting venomous snakes securely.
 
I have dealt with Brian many times over the last 12 years, including vending at his mid west reptile show in Indianapolis, he has always been great to work with and is an asset to the reptile industry. His racks are great, his feeders are clean and his service is exceptional.
 
I recently bought a couple racks from Brian at ARS and I have to say, his customer service was second to none and the racks are of exceptional quality.
He was fast to reply to all my emails, he spent quite some time with me on the phone sorting out the details of the racks as I was putting together my order, he left no unanswered questions, and left me with no doubts about his products at all.

I have my snakes in the racks now and they are all warm and happy. I cannot express enough how happy I am with the entire transaction and with the high quality of the racks.
I highly recommend doing business with Brain Hahn at ARS. :thumbsup:

Looks like how I get every order from Rodent Pro. I keep hearing about these bad shipments from them yet in over 15 years of dealing with them I have never received one bad shipment, always on time and always clean. The sizes are smaller than the 'old days' ... a medium rat isn't as big what it used to be, etc. , but that is with every rodent supplier I've tried in that period of time.
