    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My dubia colony just started to flourish, I collected about a couple hundred babies last month and kept them in a separate container. I had been staring and casting a "grow faster" spell on these nymphs everynight... I just couldn't wait anymore, I want to try feed off a roach. So I picked a larger one and offered it to one of my gecko.

That poor nymph is barely 1cm long, and Gel (my best eater) attacked the tiny roach right away; and this was after he had already finished his mealworms. He even shook his tail in excitement! He seems to LOVE the taste as he stayed near his food dish, sniffing here and there in search for more roaches; so I gave him 2 more. It makes me feel so good when they eat like they haven't seen food for months.

The food dish that I'm currently using probably can't contain the larger roach nymphs, how does everyone 'serve out' roaches? Just let them roam in the tank?

If your leos are like mine-there really won't be many roaches roaming the tank for very long

Mine love em-my roach colony is just getting to the point where i can feed a few here and there (mostly to the few gravid females at this point) and they have never been ignored by anyone of my leos that I have offered them to
I keep chanting over my raoch colony too-
grow grow grow-LOL
