    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

In great condition and I had a great hatch rate using this on my first clutch of green tree pythons. I modified the unit by adding a piece of flexwatt to the inside lid of the cooler. I ran the flexwatt on a helix basic and dialed it in to match the Avey controler to compensate for the moisture on the egg box lids. Comes complete with Avey no substrate egg box and everything else it came with. I built a wine-o-bator this year and need to free up some space. I can sell as is or remove the flexwatt.
