    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

what ever you do don't buy from this guy a real scammer i meet him on reptileauction i paid 1400 bucks for 2 albino boas with bad eyes said they were too females he never told me about but one he did the other he did not then 3 other snakes came in dead will i called him he said i will work it out with you i called an emailed him for 2 weeks never heared nothing from him so i filed a pay dispute on him then he called saying whats my problem an getting all mad with i said i want my snakes i paided for he i will send them out he said he is going to send me out a unrelated pair of hogg island cross with columbian male an female i said ok i will take that well i get bthem sex they are too females then i get the albinos sexed they are male an female when they were said by john both female so i called him up an told him he said iam sorry iam sorry what the hell come on he said the guy i got them from said they were male an female if you are a breeder why are you buying snakes from someone else lol so if anyone buys from this guy you going to get :censored: if you know what i mean his name on reptileauction is boidbuilder also the guy i should of got my snakes from is lilshawn he is the man nice guy an evrything an check out his feedback AAAAAAAAA+++++ thats all i have to say about this guy
 
I don't suppose you have any proof of this do you? Emails, shipping records, contract, anything to back up your claims?

It would be helpful to know all that.

Maybe you can be compensated.
 
yes, posting on the BOI requires you to provide proof of your claims. This is in the first two posts of the board with the rules.

Also, it would be easier if you took the time to word your sentences a little better. Its hard to understand you when there are many mispellings and phrases like "i didn' hear nothinfrom him" Just a word of advice ^_^

I certainly hope you do get compensation for the price you paid on these animals though!!

i almost did a trade with john. aka boidbuilder. i live in ormond beach which is maybe 25 minutes or so away from john. he had called me about a anery boa i had. but i had sold it 15 minutes before he called ....i cant say anything bad or good about him. but from reading your exspierience im glad i didnt do a trade with him. even though i am close enough to pay him a visit if it wouldnt of went good ....lol

I understand all the problems you have here except for one. Why would the sex of the albinos matter if they have bad eyes?? They shouldn't be a part of any breding group there for sex should not matter. These boas should have been baught as pets only. As far as the rest of it, he sounds real shady, good luck.

You know why he has not given you guys any proof - because he has NONE. Hell, at this point I could have taken all of your emails Jack. I could have altered them, being the computer person I am. I could have made these people think you killed Kennedy. It is all talk, by the way johnsonlink, are you always this gullible? Do you always do the kneejerk thing without even hearing the other side? It is ME who is glad we did not meet. It is a shame, two small brains does not make one semi-intelligent brain. It does not work that way. To make one semi-intelligent you need at least ONE OF THE BRAINS to have some common sense.

Originally, he had bought the two albinos, what I thought were two females. My bad, I was confused from those and antother albino I had - HE HAD WANTED A PAIR. HE GOT THE PAIR. Now he complains!!! He took them knowing that they had a bad eye. He took them as what I had told them were two females, which he was upset about - but agreed to buy them as two females. My bad, as I said, I was under the impression he was getting two females, I accept responsibility, but to complain when it was what he originally wanted anyway, is ridiculous.

OK, we jump from one thing to the next - the 3 snakes that died. I shipped via FedEx. (It was guaranteed to be there by 10:30am but did not get delivered until 10pm). I do not see my blame in that, but because I guarantee live delivery, I take the fall. I did, in fact, make good on the purchase, RIGHT, JACK.

However, there is also a problem with all of this. Jack did not call me until 9:50. That is when he told me he had finally received the package. In fact, Fedex told me that the package was delivered at 7pm. I still have not figured out why FeDex told me the box was delivered at 7pm, but I did not get a call from Jack until 10pm. I am sorry, folks, I can not explain the discrepancy. Maybe someone else can.

So hear is the real deal. Jack bought two albinos. He did not spend $700 on each. He spent $500 on each. My paypal can confirm that. He knew they both had a bad eye. He figured that they were cheaper than anyone else's albinos and so he could buy low, and try to sell high.

He spent $710 for three other snakes. Those three died and werre replaced by two others. Because I did not jump as fast as Jack wanted, he tried to extort the money for all his purchases from me. It was not until I had hand carried the box to the post office that he decided to let Paypal know he had resolved the problem. Here is the $64,000 question. If any of you had been taken for money, and did not have that money in your hand, would you have dropped the case with Paypal? OK, I will give you the answer here - NO. Until you had the money safely in your hands, you would not have dropped the problem.

There were two times that I actually got into arguments with people to defend Jack. One guy, Steve Hodges, Cuting Edge Reptiles, was accussing Jack of being a scammer. Steve claimed that Jack had stolen a picture from his site and posted it as the albino Jack was selling. Because I did not immediately know that Jack had stolen the picture, I was ready to go to war with Steve, telling him Jack was not a scammer, he had, in fact, bought the albinos from me. That was when I first learned what was actually going on. If any of you know Steve, ask him.

I had, until that point, actually defended Jack to Steve.

Also, I want to share on other thing. I had made a deal with a seller I had gotten to know, who had sent me a couple of snakes before getting paid. By making good on the snakes that had died, it caused me to use money I was going to use to pay a friend back - (sorry Paul, it is coming)

I hate to say this, but go up on the auctions. Ask Steve Hodges if what I say happened actually happened.

I will call paypal tomrrow and try to get a copy of the complaint Jack made in an effort to extort money from me, and the results of the whole thing.

I have made some mistakes. I regret them. I owe a COUPLE of people some money. The fact that I took three weeks off due to my son's major spinal surgery, and a subsequent second operation for an infection has caused my family to go into a financial nightmare. And then, just when I was turning the corner, the problem with the 3 snakes cost me some credibility with a friend. I am trying to make good. I will make good.

Come on, Jack. Show me wht you got. You are ruined with snakes. All the whining you did about how cuthroat this business is. The fact that you thought it was going to be easy money. The fact that you had to try to extort money from me to make up for your mistakes. I feel sorry for you Jack.

Even this past week when he tried to sell the pair of albinos for $850 and could not sell them because everyone thinks he is a scammer. I still put a hand out and offered to take the albinos back for a beautiful striped pastel (chainlink tail) and a second clean pastel. I felt bad and I wanted to try to help him. And now, this.

Screw You, Jack. Like the man said in the movie "You may be a lawyer or a little street sweeper, but sooner or later you'll dance with the Reaper." Take a hike, Jack, and may god have mercy on your soul.
