    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This snake has no head, therefore no mouth or nose and only one eye where his mouth should be. After all of his brothers and sisters pipped, I cut open the egg to find this guy. It would sometimes twitch when touched but mostly didn't move. It was only being kept alive by the egg sack. When that was used up it would have died because it could not eat or breathe. I put it down by placing it in the freezer after I took the photos. This is just one of those one in a million defects I guess. Never hatched anything else like it or even seen anything else like it.

Wow, that really is an interesting defect, it is like the "cyclops" defect that was hatched out earlier this year. Surprising that two one-eyed ball pythons appeared this year. Thanks for sharing!
 
The more "morphs" are bred the more common the defects will be and the more extreme they will be. Keep in mind, in humans and really any other speices, outside of comic books and movies, "mutation" is a very negative word and the fancy colored and patterned ball pythons are all technically defective mutant ball pythons. I hatched siamese twin hypos this year. I have never had a birth defect that extreme in any normal hatchling ball ever and have heard of very very few happening and they have been color or pattern morphs.
