Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My first female laid her clutch this morning. I woke up at 9:00 and went to check on the females that are due. I found her with one egg, at 9:30 she had two, and 9:45 she had four, 11:45 she was done with eleven. She laid 30 days after her pre-lay shed.

Second female to drop. She's at day 32 after pre-lay shed. I'll update when she is done and I get an egg count.

I came home at 5:30 this morning after being on vacation for a week to find my last female due to lay, in the process of laying with 8 eggs out and 2 more on the way.

Here is a run-down of this seasons clutches:

Clutch #1 5/16/10 11 eggs, all good
Clutch #2 5/20/10 14 eggs, all good
Clutch #3 5/31/10 18 good eggs, 4 went bad, 4 damage when taken away from mom, and 12 slugs.
Clutch #4 6/26/10 10 eggs, all good

Total 53 Bar-Neck eggs in the incubator
