    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Talked with them via phone, they seem like real nice people, and I remember hearing good things about "basically boas" but I could not find anything here on the BOI....any input would be appreciated..
 
They are great people to deal with I purchased a male anery from them and 1.2 of their "Peachey" Salmon boas. Very nice people to deal and with them your not just a number!

What I can say about Mike and Stephanie, a.k.a. Basically Boas are:
Their animals are A++
Customer service is excellent
Their assistance is outstanding
I am very please to meet and do business with them
Buy with no hesistate :cool:
 
Mike and Stephanie are friends of ours true enough, but that would never have happened if I hadn't been impressed enough with their animals to start conversation at a show in the first place. Mike is one of the best and has always helped me out when I needed it. Don't hesitate to buy from Basically Boas....you'll get a Basically Smokin' Animal for a Basically Smokin' price and Basically....you'll be a happy herper!

Well, guess what?

Just got the albino suri cross today from mike and steph...killer little girl...cant wait to see what she develops into...Mike prolonged shipping the animal until it was clear with me (work schedule conflicts)...and she showed up this morning, well represented, well packed and an all around pleaser...Theres only one problem, I dont have enough money to keep buying more or believe me, I would!! :cool:)

I have talked with Mike a bit. He is a great guy. I have talked with him off and on for years. I would never hesitate buying from him and Stephanie.

Mike and Stephanie are probably the two best people in the country to buy from. Mike has tought me more than I care to admit. Their animals are top notch and you won't be sorry.

Figured I'd have my say as well.

Quite honestly, they're great. Just got my boa's in from them and they all looked awesome. Mike is a great guy to do business with or just simply talk to for a while. You can believe I'll buy from them again and be happy to do so.

I've not had the pleasure of working with Basically Boas yet but just yesterday I met with a previous customer that had just received some animals from them recently. Last month Jeff had inquired about a male Argentine I'd posted that unfortunately was already sold by the time he reached me. I found another very nice subadult male for him but when I contacted him he told me he had recently bought one from Mike and Stephanie and asked me if I knew them. He said he'd just purchased a few snakes along with the Argie from them and was very pleased. I told him that I've only heard good things about them and I wouldn't hesitate dealing with them myself. Jeff ended up buying my Argentine also so everything worked out great. I've dealt with other dealers that view everyone else in this business as competitors and the enemy. I like to think of fellow reputable dealers and breeders for what they are... great people. From everything I've ever heard or read here at Fauna, that description fits Mike and Stephanie very well.

Let me chime in on this one. Mike and Stephanie are great people and I can't say enough about their animals and husbandry. I have had the pleasure of meeting them on a couple occasions and talking at length with them. Not only do they have great animals but Mike is probably the most meticulous person in California, check that the world when it comes to conditions of cleaning. Well I can't say enought good things about them! They are great people, don't hesitate to do business with Basically Boas!
