    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i just gave my baby(jojo)a bath for the 1st time and she loved it :)she lowered her body far down into the water and i let her soak until the water started to turn cool,i then put her on her basking rock.is this what evry1 else does?how long do u let your babies soak?oh and she haad a normal poop lastnite and 2day.(she ate 12 crickets in 2 feedings 2day):) :) :thumbsup:

I bath my beardy, Rupert, about once every 2 weeks. It started out just filling the bathtub with about an 1 to 1n inch and a half of luke warm water. Then let him splash around. Now that he is older, he has learned to look forward to a full fledged bath. Scrubing an all.
No, I'm not kidding. I have this big soft toothbrush that I rub him with. I scrub him lightly on the back, stomach, neck, legs and head. He absolutely loves it. Now if I don't scrub him, he just sits in the water and looks at me, like "what are waiting for, get the brush."
I have found my beardy is alot cleaner and never smells like poop with regular baths. I have picked up other peoples beardies and noticed they have a distinctive "poop" smell to them. I think if nothing else, a clean beardie is a healthy one. It also gives us time to bond every 2 weeks. :)
