    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This little guy crawled out of the egg a few hours ago. Is he black pastel pied or black pastel enchi pied? The only snake that looks like him is ECRBs black pastel pieds but I noticed the sire in that breeding was a mojave pied. Could there be white gold (mojave) there as well? I contacted Colin Weaver to see what he thinks but had to leave a message. Has anyone hatched out a black pastel enchi pied for comparison? I found one on the web but did not look right to me and I don't know the breeder which left me wondering how they knew enchi was there. (Was a parent a super enchi?)

Breeding was

I forgot to mention the breeding was my black pastel het pied male to my enchi het pied female purchased from NERD so no mojave possible in mine.

If i had a stad at it i would think enchi is in there as well. Let it shed out couple times, mabe easier to tell then. I know ian over at outback reptiles will know what a black pstl pied would look like. Mabe send them a few pics & see what they say. Good luck with him/her, very beautiful.

I think this clutch mate might be a normal

...but she has this really weird pattern on the side so I don't know what to make of it. She doesn't have the het pied tail markers either.

Beautiful snake, thought it would look like that. I would say the other is a black pastel enchi looking at the coloring and blushing coming off the belly. You have to remember that not all enchi's show themselves with dramatic sides.

Damn see I pretty much called it.......same great orange coloring your clown male had. Something about you and those oranges.....and just in time for Halloween!

Thanks! Orange definitely is my favorite ball python color. I thought pumpkin pied would work but that's already taken so I guess just blanchi pied I guess. I've got 4 other blanchi het pieds in the clutch looks like too. Also a black pastel het pied and just a blanchi.

You have time to think of another name if you want........put pastel in it so there is yellow, orange and white and you can call it a candy corn!
